Waterfront vacation rentals in Menton

We’ve had a wonderful week at Celine’s place. Menton is a beautiful town and it was all right on the doorstep. The apartment was very homely and had everything we needed. The facilities in the apartment were just what we needed for a perfect home from home. We especially liked the balcony and fantastic sea view. Celine’s communication was fantastic throughout and we are already discussing our return!

We had a fantastic time at this place! From the first moment, we felt at home – everything was very lovingly decorated and exactly as described. Communication with Laurent was excellent: quick, warm and straightforward. A big thank you for the all-round successful stay! We will be happy to come back.

Very welcoming host, sparkling wine in the fridge, tells us about the surroundings, sea view, excellent.

It's really a nice apartment with a great view on the bay and on the Basilica with lots of light and sunshine. Comfortable bed and great smart TV. Kitchen well equipped. Nice indirect lighting. Easy and secure access to the building. However, some works were being done in the back building and planks placed as a sidewalk rendered the access to the apartment door a bit difficult. It can be quite noisy because of traffic.

Great apartment with beautiful views in a good location, close to the train station but quiet. Everything was available in terms of amenities, the terrace is great. Franck was always available and responded quickly, the early check-in was very nice.

This apartment is a beautiful place to stay. It met all of our expectations. It has beautiful view from the top floor. It is close to nearby restaurants and the local market (the market is awesome). We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

The very amiable owner greeted us and welcomed us to his very special home. It’s beautifully appointed, cozy and comfortable. The setting is spectacular! The pool is inviting. It’s a wonderful place to unwind. The views of the Mediterranean and mountains is worth every penny!

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

We loved our stay, perfect for our large family

It’s rare that somewhere that looks amazing lives up to the hype! Maison Regina does! Big time! From being met at our cab there ( you’ll be walking in if it’s after 1pm as pedestrianised) by the managing agent Alice, and given the lowdown on how everything worked, to the utter fabulousness of our home for the next 2 weeks. The house was larger than we expected, those town houses look teeny from outside, to the appointments-strong hot showers, tv that’s a moving picture gallery, nespresso machine so good I’ve just bought the same model for my home, to the aircon that I’m not normally a fan of but a bonus in hot weather. The roof terrace is the star! We had meals there looking out to sea at the moored superyachts and sailing regattas from morn to dusk, counted the EasyJet planes coming in every few minutes ( not a disruptive noise) and gave names to the friendly local seagulls. Magic! And 200 restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute walk.

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

We had a fantastic stay! 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to Carnoles train station - couldn’t be better located. Also right in front of a great local restaurant Le Piccadilly. Hosts were friendly and very responsive and even gifted us with welcome drinks. Would stay here again next time I visit cote d’azur!

Best view. That’s pretty much all you need to know. The place is great - small but compact with everything you need! Just a few min walk to one of the best beaches in the neighborhood, the old town is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Can’t recommend it enough!

If you are looking to stay in Chin, I can only recommend this apartment. Bright as there are few, well equipped, great bedding, high-end TV, etc. We stayed in a 4* hotel just after and the room was much worse for 2x more expensive... Note that it is a 10-minute walk from the first beach and a 20-minute walk from the old town. Supermarket 5 minutes away. Italian border 1km away.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had such an amazing time here in Menton. The apartment was absolutely charming, the view was divine. We loved being immersed in the old city and felt connected to la mer as we could hear the water and always had a glorious breeze blowing through. The noises from the street - chatting, cooking sounds, families, church bells, the occasional motorbike, only added to the charm- as did the many steps leading to this little gem. Don’t be scared off by the grumpy reviewers on here!!! We would definitely return and highly recommend!! Thanks you Jacques and your team for an amazing stay!
