The front garden is enclosed with an iron fence and gate with off street parking. The house is divided into two private apartments each with an entrance form the front porch. Laura was AMAZING! From the day I made the reservations, to the day we left. Everything was clean and beautiful. it was our first trip to Memphis. We came to visit Graceland, Beale Street ( highly highly HIGHLY recommend the gumbo at Blues City Cafe on Beale! ) and to see the Peabody Ducks. But Laura went above and beyond and sent us information on other activities to do and visit while we were there of we had time aside from what we had planned. It certainly is NOT our last trip to Memphis and we will continue to book with Laura as long as her beautiful cottage is available!

This place was spot on. It was a short drive to a lot of Memphis attractions and restaurants were very close. It had everything we needed for cooking breakfast. The neighborhood was quiet, house was easy to find & enter, beds were good, and the showers were huge. It’s a well maintained older home with original hardwood floors. I would stay again.

This home was super clean and extremely comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need. Tea and coffee stations were extra special touches. All appliances were new, clean and worked perfectly. Hosts were extremely responsive and very patient with my questions. We're not very experienced Air BNB users but this was super easy and a very positive experience for us. Would definitely try to stay here again when we return to the area.

I saw their place and just knew it would be perfect. Such charm and warmth and cute diplay of knick knacks Even the front/back yards are lovely. All tourist spots are easy to get to from their place. The house is very nice, with 2 large bedrooms and bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. The living room is nice and inviting, there is even a record player with albums. They have be exceptional hosts. I unexpectedly had to stay an extra day, and they were very accomodating. I would encourage anyone visiting Memphis to stay here 😍

My stay at Andrew’s place was very pleasant. Looked exactly like the pictures. I did have a problem with getting the key out the lock box. Just need to add more specifics on getting key out the lock box. It was nice and clean. Bedroom lighting could be a little better being that there’s no tv in the bedroom. Overall it was perfect for my over night stay.
