It is surrounded by large land with olive groves and you have your own garden in which you can pick up fresh and healthy plants for your meals. Nearest beach is just few steps away.

Apartman ima vanjsku terasu od 20 m2 sa pogledom na more (udaljenost do mora cca. 20m) i vlastito parkirno mjesto.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

The apartments are situated in a quite area, but still near the center of Medulin. It is ideal for families with two children or for couples seeking relax. P.s. THE SMALL POOL VISIBLE ON THE PHOTOS IS CURRENTLY NOT IN USE. THE BIG ONE AND THE REST IS NORMALLY IN USE :)
