Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Medulin

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

A beautiful and modern apartment. In the immediate vicinity you have a bakery that is within walking distance and in about 1.5 km you can buy your food at the lidl or plodine. The location of the apartment is very quiet. Air conditioning and washing machine are available, which was particularly important to us. On foot you can easily reach various beaches, so you are not necessarily dependent on the car. Parking is right by the house. The hostess is very very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this apartment and the hostess:-)

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! Everything was just as described – clean, cozy, and very well-equipped. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing time. The location was perfect, and the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. One of the highlights of our stay was the adorable cats living in the yard – they were so friendly and brought us so much joy! The host was very kind and responsive. We truly felt at home and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

It is a very nice little cottage with a very large garden that is fenced with a high fence, so perfect for dog owners. We would definitely come back

The apartment was even more beautiful than the Airbnb description and photos. We felt at home straightaway, great location and really well fitted out. Loved the sleeping space, bathroom and terrace.

We were very warmly welcomed by Ilija and Ljublica and felt at home right from the start. We really appreciated the many little things from the garden! The house and location is perfect to reach the beach, restaurants, small grocery store in the village and the bakery on foot. Thank you for the unforgettable stay!

Our week-long stay in Danijel and Tina's house was fantastically beautiful. The two have furnished the accommodation with so much attention to detail, super practical and with everything you need. Our absolute highlights were: A lovingly prepared floor bed for our two-year-old daughter, toys for her, the large garden, where you could always find a shady or sunny spot somewhere, fly screens on every window, the grill plate and the extra refrigerator in the extension right next to the terrace. Thank you Tina and Danijel for your hospitality! We will be back!

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

A neat holiday home for Pula. Great communication with the hosts. It is slightly out of the center, so you’re best off with a car or Uber. Close to Verudela with nice beaches and the Aquarium.

We loved our stay at Ivo’s place. Nice big and clean appartement with a big balcony! Walking distance from beach and Pula centre. We recommend it very much!

A really cozy little cottage with everything you need! The garden is huge (our dogs also loved it) and the seating outside is a dream! From breakfast terrace to lounge furniture to sun lounger and Hollywood swing, everything is included. Especially in such great weather as we had in June, the cottage is an absolute recommendation! The location in Gracisce in the middle of Istria is perfect to discover the peninsula - whether to Pula, Rovinj or to the Vojak, we were everywhere in under 50 minutes.

Nice, friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is as described, more than enough space for 6 people. Pula and Medulin can be reached in 5-10 minutes. Various beaches and activities in the immediate vicinity. I'd love to come back.

One of the best AirBnb experiences we’ve had anywhere in the world. Iva’s attention to detail and commitment to making a positive experience for her guests shows; beautiful linens, her personal hospitality, spotless, modern, beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment. In between activities we loved spending time on the patio which borders a forest and feels like an oasis. All of this, plus a nice short walk to the enchanting historic center of Rovinj where we enjoyed strolling and fabulous sunsets. Our only regret is that we stayed only 3 nights. We loved the joyful sounds of Croatian music in the air and it was hard to leave. Should have stayed longer.

Best location any apartment could have: magnificent beaches in walking distance, shops close by, and the busier city centre is reached with the bikes provided by Christine on less than 10 minutes. Really couldn’t have been better..

Clean, luxurious villa with pool, private tennis court, sauna, pool table, foosball table, etc. Quality of the facility very satisfactory. Contact with host and villa manager quickly, comprehensively and warmly. By car in about 10 minutes in the city center and at all shopping facilities. Security deposit: For young groups (under 25 years), a deposit of EUR 1000.00 must be deposited (cash or credit card). This is only very hidden in the listing and was not communicated by the host until 1 day prior to arrival. Here we wanted more transparency before booking, as the age group for security deposits is not specified in the listing. (Only "young groups" in the listing) Villa and host highly recommended.

We had an absolutely amazing week in this incredible house! Everything we could possibly need was in place – thoughtful, comfortable and fully equipped. The house was clean, well cleaned and located in a beautiful, peaceful environment. The surroundings were as nice as the house itself, and the hosts were warm, accommodating and very helpful. We felt really welcome from the first moment on. We leave with happy memories and will be happy to come back!

Property overall in very good condition. Ideal for toddlers - as it is fenced. Quiet location. Air conditioning in all rooms - very quiet - therefore also pleasant at night and works very well. Pool sufficiently large and beautiful lounging options. Supermarkets of various kinds within 15 min. by car.

It was a pleasure to stay in Robert's villa! Everything was good and the communication with Robert was very good and flexible. Robert was very flexible with the arrive and departure time for us, we really appriciate that! If we needed him, he responded quick and gave us enough options for activities and restaurants.

Fantastic villa and with Salvica also an excellent contact person on site! We were in the villa with a group of 8 people in mid-September and loved it. The house is very spacious and superbly equipped. Most of the time, however, we spent in the well-maintained outdoor area and especially at the pool. Overall, the accommodation offers plenty of space and many opportunities for creative leisure activities both indoors and out. Together with the perfect location on the outskirts of Pula, this place really left nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back!

We had a super nice stay. The house met our expectations, it was neat, clean and located in a quiet area. It was easily accessible by taxis, where we made trips to Medulin and Pula, among other things. The host was very flexible regarding check in and check out!

We had a fantastic time, the house, pool and internet was great. Davide is very friendly and answers quickly to all questions. We recommend this house, and will book Davides accommodation again when we travel again to Croatia. We travelled with our dog, the garden is fenced and perfect for a dog.
