Monthly Rentals in Medstead

I booked this for my Boyfriend’s Birthday as a surprise and it was the best surprise ever! They kindly decorated a ‘happy birthday’ banner in the horse hut. He is car obsessed so the Lotus Spa was the deal breaker to book here. Ralph very kindly let us check in earlier & check out later, so we were able to enjoy our time here. It rained while we were there, but that didn’t matter as the veranda is beautiful & has cover. We made use of the pizza oven, unfortunately not the BBQ though. I loved how the radio inside & the radio in the Lotus had Bluetooth, so you’re able to listen to music no matter where you are. You can definitely tell Ralph takes pride in making these air bnb’s, as there honestly wasn’t a fault & everything was perfect. The cow’s are right in-front of you in the field too, which is lovely. I would highly recommend here 💯 ♥️

The Stables were the perfect spot to host a uni reunion for 5 guys, the surroundings were beautiful with red kites flying overhead and chickens grazing nearby. We loved sitting round the firepit chatting away as the sun went down, after making use of the bbq. Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything you needed to cook and shower was powerful. Katherine was a friendly, helpful host, would highly recommend this place for groups!

Top place to stay -- quality accommodation, clean, comfortable, and looking out over the garden and beyond. Couldn't ask for better. It's a great location with local walks, and within striking distance of the South Downs. I needed to get in to London and found that worked well too. Lisa is an excellent host.

Spacious, immaculate tastefully furnished and equipped with everything needed, including a coffee machine. Located in an area of beautiful countryside, perfectly positioned 15 minutes from Jane Austen’s house at Chawton and the Grange at Northington. Excellent communication: emailed info prior to arrival, and the friendly host was on- site to meet and assist on arrival and departure.
