Located in a quiet neighborhood in tree-lined Old East Medford, this home-away-from-home is located near Southern Oregon's many attractions: Ashland’s Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Jacksonville’s Britt Festival, over 40 area wineries (2 within 4 miles), Crater Lake, and the Rogue River. This bright and cheerful home features a well-appointed living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (one doubles as an office), full bath, and large laundry room. There is also private parking with a garage, a front yard and private back patio/garden offering space for barbeques and outside dining right off the kitchen. What a joy to walk across the street to the theater & dinner without parking issues. Besides being clean & safe, I like the king size bed, the fireplace, the choice of large tub or shower, the heated bathroom floor, and the little yard, the most. Charging is available for your electric cars in the upper parking area.

This is a great place to stay. It’s quiet and private. Lori is responsive and welcoming. It’s a cute town and everything you need is just a short drive down the road.

This place was perfect for me and my husband. Nicely laid out, clean, well-appointed. We loved the reading materials. Air-conditioning worked great. We liked being able to walk to the theater and restaurants. Food shopping was convenient. We liked having meals out in back on the deck. We would book this place again.

This was our second time staying at Mich’s place and we plan to continue coming back! Mich was responsive and easy to communicate with, she goes above and beyond to provide a seamless experience. The home is cozy, eclectic and has everything you need. It’s perfectly located near the PCT for hiking and close to Mt Ashland for easy mountain biking access. The property is gorgeous with lots of opportunities for wildlife viewing. We Would absolutely recommend!

Our family stay at the Victorian Secret surpassed all expectation. We had such a great time in Ashland and having this beautiful, welcoming house as our home base was so special. The location was great for walking, we barely used the car. The house was incredibly well appointed, and seeping with charm, art and creative touches everywhere. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. Seeing deer and wild turkeys in the field across the street was a bonus that our grandkids especially enjoyed. My 6 year old granddaughter gently kissed the house goodbye as we departed and said, "I'll remember you forever!"

Valente's place made a very good first impression. My 3-year-old granddaughter described it as "Wow. Wow. Wowza." It was very spacious and the decor was modern and fun. He had some games and toys available. The AC was awesome with a separate unit in each of the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. Awesome shower head. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe there. My favorite thing about Valente's place was how quickly he responded whenever we had a question. He was very kind and helpful. Check-in and check-out were super simple. We would stay there again.

Brilliant property. I hesitated a bit when I saw "kitchenette" but they have done an amazing job providing everything you could need. And the beds, did i mention the beds.... oh my, they were comfortable. It was so close to EVERYTHING! It was a wonderful choice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
