Family-friendly vacation rentals in McMinn County

This location was very peaceful being just a short drive from Blue Ridge. We had an amazing time adventuring around the area some stops being intentional and some of the best we found were happy accidents. The amenities were just what the doctor ordered, with the pool table to relax and enjoy a day inside to the hot tub on the deck viewing the beautiful surroundings. Will definitely be back to unwind and recharge.

I must say the staff and Blue Sky Cabin was amazing. We had unpassable roads to our original reservation and they did everything to ensure we had comparable accommodations. The cabin is remote feeling while nestled amongst a small community of cabins. It had a serene creek running just beside the property which makes for a peaceful stay. Very comfortable well equipped cabin. Super clean and cozy. I was easy to get to bule ridge and McCaysville shops. I would recommend this cabin and Blue Sky for future bookings.

The host was very quick to respond and very nice every time we spoke or needed something! The place felt very cozy and at home beautiful location would definitely recommend taking your family there

This house was amazing! It was very well kept and clearly a gem in the mountains. My main concern was that a company was running it and the texts seemed to be answered by a robot. The driveway was steep, and that was unexpected, but other than that everything was great

Great stay definitely coming back. The hot tub was down, but it didn’t stop us from having fun.

The pictures do not provide enough justice. This place is BEAUTIFUL!!! Jason was so amazing to us and always responded to our questions. This stay was amazing and peaceful. The views from the cabin were awesome and the fireplace brought the perfect amount of comfort.

Such a perfect and private place to celebrate my 30th birthday with my loved ones. The home has a great layout for a girls trip and so many sweet spots to hang out on the porch. The location is also amazing for nature adventures!

Brian and Sarena’s was perfect! A lot of room and activities in the house to do. House was super clean and Brian was super responsive as well. I highly recommend their place.

Tranquil Place was a fantastic cabin to getaway for some down time with our family! We played tons of games and just enjoyed being together in a beautiful setting!! Would definitely stay again!

An unforgettable experience, everything was beautiful, waking up in the morning and seeing the deer around the cabin, the sunsets on the balcony, in short, our experience was magical, Amy was very attentive and explained everything in detail, no problems in the cabin, everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the rooms were very comfortable with everything ready, I definitely want to come back! Charming home with plenty of space to explore and relax outside. We loved being able to walk down to the creek and picnic down there. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful to find great local stops. Perfect home base to come home to after long days of hiking.

This cabin was just beautiful!!! We stayed out here the weekend that some of our friends got married at The Opal Oak Summit which had breathtaking Mountain Views just 25 minutes away in Morgan County, TN. The cabin up on the bluff above deep water dock made for a gorgeous place to kayak. We enjoyed paddling Watts Bar! And the decking was luxurious and private out from back of house, around the pool, and viewing area above the lake. And the screened in porch off the Master Bedroom / Sunroom dining area were our favorites! But there was even a downstairs for games, pool table, etc! And up by the fireplace was a comfy cozy place to hang and chat. We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend here! I highly recommend this Air Bnb! What a lovely home for Rest and Relaxation!

We come to Murphy all the time to visit family. We will definitely book again here if it’s available!

The Hangout is amazing! Lots to do if you stay there AND lots to do in the surrounding areas. We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend to anyone. We booked another weekend while we were still there! The pool is wonderful and the bunk house and main house were comfortable with all of the amenities you need. The bunk house transported us back to summer camp in all of the best ways. Only book if you’re prepared to have a great time in a beautiful area!

Bill was a great host and very responsive. There was a lot of space and the layout was opening and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and it was nice having the washer and dryer. I would definitely go back again.

We loved our stay over Thanksgiving with our kids and grandkids. The house was comfortable with plenty of room and fantastic views of the lake below and the mountains that surrounded us. Easy to get into Murphy for shopping and restaurants. We loved the Chop House!! We will book this house again!

We were looking for a peaceful place to get away for New Years and Marys place was perfect. Beautiful view of the mountains and lake. Nice outside porch with fire pit with big comfy chairs and a barbecue! Inside was perfect and loved the charm of the cabin. There was just the 2 of us - so we stayed on lower level in a comfy king bed. Nice indoor fireplace in the living room. The basement rec room was so much fun - Pool table / Ping Pong /Fooseball and a downstairs TV. I would highly recommend this place to get away and enjoy the peaceful woods and beauty of nature.

Monica’s place was in a perfect location to have a fun weekend on the lake. It was kept very clean for our arrival and had plenty of amenities to make you feel right at home! Monica is also a great host and is very responsive! We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy the beautiful scenery that Murphy has to offer!!
