Built in 1905 in downtown Fredericton this Eaton House has been creatively & completely renovated in 2022. We await your arrival! Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

Stayed at Dave and Martina’s quaint, cozy, and clean guesthouse for a night. The place is in a somewhat rural area, located about 25 minutes from Fredericton, but we had a very restful night before continuing on our trip. It was exactly as pictured/described, and Dave and Martina were very responsive.
