Come and get the full farm experience! Nestled on a hill overlooking our family Farm and 30 head of cattle the views and county scenery wont disappoint and with a full fenced in yard the whole family including pets and children can play more safely. The Funky Farmhouse originally built in the 1960s by my Great Grandfather has gotten a complete renovation including city water and a brand new kitchen with lots of appliances. Located minutes from Marinas and trailheads = more time for fun!

Lakefront - This rental is the new addition to our home. It has its own private entrance, your private great room, Master ensuite with huge walk in shower. There is a Queen size bed in the great room that would be perfect for extra guest. This part of our home is separated from our own personal living space by a sliding barn door that will be latched for your privacy. Although we will be in the main part of the home we want you to enjoy your time and enjoy Norris Lake.

Beach Island Marina is a 6 minute drive from the house which features boat rentals, a boat ramp and a seasonal restaurant often with live music. Easy access from Maynardville Hwy (TN SR 33) - No twisty, windy roads here. 30 minutes north of Knoxville.

Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.
