Large two-room apartment located in Matera 900m from the Sassi and the historic center, 500 meters from the Tramontano Castle, 1 km from the Cathedral of the city and 1.3 km from the MUSMA Museum. It is equipped with ceiling fans, radiators, free wifi and is behind a large courtyard open to all. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, bookshelf and wifi modem. This self-catering home features a seating area, a dining area, a kitchen, and comes with sheets and towels.

The apartment, located in the upper part of the Rioni Sassi, has a separate entrance with some steps and is equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other with shower), a living room with flat-screen TV and sofa bed, the masonry kitchen with majolica tiles, a laundry room with washing machine, a terrace from which you can admire a breathtaking view. From the house you can easily walk to the main historical and artistic attractions of the city.

You can cook a meal or visit nearby restaurants. There is no elevator. Cleaning will be provided at each change of guest. Paid or free street parking is not bookable. Common spaces with other people are just the terrace (shared with Suite A) and the balcony.
