Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Massanutten

This was a great place for a weekend getaway! Kevin was amazing and let us knew what to expect even before we got there. He was always responsive and had great recommendations! Location was close to many attractions. Great trip, with lots of fun memories made!

The Little River escape was a perfect spot to stay for our trip to Shenandoah NP. The house was very clean, spacious for two people, and had all of the amenities we needed to feel at home while we were there. The kitchen was fully stocked, toiletries and towels were provided, s’mores supplies/charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill were also available for use. The hot tub was also a bonus - we used it every day. We would happily stay here again if we return to the area!

The house was beautiful, with lots of space, tons of extras & amenities provided, very clean, etc. Lauren is great! She gives so much info before you even arrive, making your stay very easy and feeling right at home. She is great at communicating. We had one small issue during our stay and she sent a professional to deal with it asap. Highly recommend!

The house was impressively clean. It was very private, and had a good amount of space for our family. We found our stay to be very comfortable. The space was well supplied. Nicole‘s communication was excellent, and we had an easy time getting in and checking out. It was in close driving proximity to Shenandoah national Park and downtown Luray which we enjoyed.

Loved this stay so much! An amazing price for a gorgeous place! We had such a relaxing stay and the hot tub and view were to die for!! 🥰

Excellent home for a group! Hannah's beautiful mansion had everything we needed for a wedding party group for the weekend. The home sits on top of a hill and has a gorgeous view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The home slept 10 with way more space for many additional guests. No complaints about our stay and I would like to thank and commend Hannah for her prompt communication and flexibility with our group!

This was great place to stay for a weekend trip to Harrisonburg! Comfortable, easy to get to, and lovely surroundings. And we enjoyed trying different records in the vinyl collection.

We used this place as a stop on our road trip from DC to the Virginia Safari Park, after visiting Luray Caverns—and it was perfect! The kitchen was fully equipped, which made meals easy. The pool table was awesome and kept everyone entertained. We also loved the outdoor fire pit—great for making s’mores and relaxing in the evening. There were plenty of extra air mattresses, so everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The house was spacious and more than enough for our group of 10. Kent was very communicative and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place for families or groups traveling through the area!

Suzy’s place was the perfect spot to stay! From booking to checkout, everything went smoothly. The apartment was extremely clean, as well as comfortable. The bedrooms are large and provided extra blankets and pillows. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, and she provided coffee, creamer, and snacks! I would definitely stay here again.

Great suite walking distance or very short drive to downtown - would stay again for a future weekend visit

Jennifer's place is a great stay! We were there for just one night and it was perfect for access to downtown Harrisonburg to meet up with family. very quiet and peaceful setting in the countryside. We did not hear the hosts the live in the space above the apartment. additional information/instructions were around the apartment that were very helpful. we would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Jennifer’s place was amazing! A fully private guest house with tons of space and well stocked. Beautiful location and we were excited to use the hot tub. Would definitely stay again when visiting Shenandoah.

Glenn is a great host. Friendly, helpful, flexible. Wonderful lawn that goes down to the river. Canoe and kayaks available. Fire pit with lots of free wood. Well equipped kitchen. Very quiet. We’d go back anytime.

Peaceful Airbnb near the beautiful Shenandoah National Park.

We are repeat guests at Paula’s and it’s always a great time. Visiting our JMU Duke and staying at the Southern Charm Retreat is always fun, convenient to the campus and relaxing. House is roomy and super clean. The game room is a fun bonus and the back yard deck is beautiful, well maintained and great for entertaining. Thanks as always Paula !

Great place with good proximity to Shenandoah! Really nice kitchen with lots of amenities as well as plenty of counter space and seating. We enjoyed the fire pit too. The host was very responsive and communicative!

We only stayed one night at the cabin—but what a night it was! We arrived in the evening and were immediately greeted by a small herd of cows, which absolutely delighted my dairy farmer husband and our farm-loving son. After a week at the beach in a less-than-cozy house with minimal amenities, followed by a full day of walking around Monticello, this cabin felt like a warm hug. The space was incredibly comfortable—recliners everywhere (my kind of paradise!) and plenty of seating for everyone. With two full bathrooms, it made traveling with my family and brother so much easier. The peaceful, scenic view was just the cherry on top. Our kids had a great time too—it’s a wonderful spot for families. We also really appreciated the complimentary coffee in the morning—a thoughtful touch from our hosts. Honestly, we kicked ourselves for only booking one night. Lesson learned… we’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time!

A beautiful cabin, well updated, and well located. Loved that Maybelle’s is just a stone’s throw while at the same time you are nestled in the woods to getaway. Beds were super comfy, and creature comforts were available. Made for an excellent blend of rustic look/location while having new conveyances. Absolutely recommend and also want to say how I appreciated the personal touch of host reaching out personally to ensure everything was going well. Thank you!

This place was gorgeous! Waking up and having coffee while watching the horses was a dream. Very close to Shenandoah and several other activities. Highly recommend this home away from home!

Very private and peaceful location with easy access to riverfront deck and fire pit. If you are looking to unplug and enjoy all the great outdoor activities the skyline drive has to offer this is the perfect place. Only a 20-25 Minutes to Skyline Drive and Luray caverns

The Host provided clear instructions on how to get there, get in, and any rules or suggestions on the home and what was around the local area. We liked how many games she had in the basement family room and how certain items were stocked prior to our arrival, such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee and sugar and some kitchen/office items not normally available like tape or scissors. The last came in handy for hanging our graduation decorations. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy our busy weekend with some relaxation and family time.

Our stay at Robert's cabin was an absolute dream! The immaculate decor created a perfect blend of comfort and style, instantly making us feel at home. The location was ideally balanced—secluded enough for tranquility yet conveniently close to town and, crucially, Shenandoah National Park, and Luray caverns making our explorations effortless. The cabin was equipped with every amenity imaginable, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Robert was simply wonderful, incredibly responsive, and genuinely amazing to work with, always available for any needs. The hot tub was truly the cherry on top, providing the perfect way to unwind. This place was a dream, and it will undoubtedly be our go-to spot for the Luray/Shenandoah area should the opportunity arise again. We can't recommend it highly enough! Robert treated my family like an extension of his own and made sure we never went without! 2 adults, one toddler and one dog.

Absolutely loved our stay at Rabbit Hollow! Our favorite memories of our stay include the warmth and coziness of the cabin after coming back from long hikes in Shenandoah National Park, the beautiful surroundings and time spent outdoors in the morning, and searching for wildlife in the yard or just by looking out the window. Our time here allowed us to disconnect from our phones and truly relax. Highly recommend!
