Lovely large bright house in Marstal of about 250m2 with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Super located down to Marstal Havn with short walking distance to good beach (Eriks Hale). The house is lovingly decorated and very cozy with a fireplace and 2 wood-burning stoves. Large 1st floor with many cozy nooks, TV living room and nice view, partly over Marina and the water. Large rose garden and large wooden terrace with sofas, eating furniture and sun loungers and large Weber Gas grill. More good bikes in the garage. Perfect for wedding couples/guests.

From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra / person. The home contains on the ground floor; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. On the 2nd floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a smaller room with two single beds, and a bathroom with a toilet, closets, and a sink. Charming little thatched cottage in a plan. It is low to the ceiling (176-183 cm and a little less under the beams). Cozy living room with dining and sofa space. Own small kitchen with access to small courtyard. Ommel is a quiet charming village, in Marstal parish, with 2 small ports. It is about 3 km to Marstal itself with shopping, cafes, buses, etc. The house is Ommel's oldest and is just 450 meters from a lovely beach. Both the island trail and bike routes start nearby and buses are free on the island.
