Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

We had a great time at Elena’s place - she and her whole family were so hospitable and kind. The dogs are the sweetest animals ever and she was so flexible with our large group.

Me gustó mucho mi estadía en este apartamento. Es espacioso y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia prolongada. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de tiendas, paradas de transporte público, en una buena zona de Quito. Lo único que me pareció incomodo es la ducha eléctrica, que no funciona de manera estable. Es necesario ajustar constantemente el flujo de agua para evitar que se convierta en agua hirviendo o, por el contrario, en agua demasiado fría. Además, personalmente me resultaría más cómodo si en el dormitorio hubiera cortinas más gruesas y oscuras.

El lugar es acogedor, la suite esta en un piso alto. Lo que más me gusto es el amplio parqueo. No tiene una cocina full equipada pero tiene un calentador electrico que sirvió muy bien para prepararnos comida, tiene una refri pequeña, vajilla y ollas. El baño con agua caliente. Y también tiene una pequeña estanteria con snacks que uno puede consumir y dejar el valor ahí, me parece ingenioso. Los alrededores es tranquilo, las tiendas y panadería se encuentran a la vuelta. Incluso hay una iglesia cerca. La suite es totalmente privada. Volveria a hospedarme.
