Our suite is located near "La Carolina park", 25´minutes from "Quito´s Historic center". The building has two entrances, swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, game room, gym, yoga room, BBQ area, panoramic terrace, cinema, events room; available spaces prior reservation. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room, washer - dryer, two tv's, two bathrooms, one shower, high speed internet. 12th floor. Parking available.

Two-Bedroom Suite in Jardines del Batan

St Gallen Haus is the best option Quito has to offer if your staying there for a couple weeks or more. The house itself, the people and the location combine to make it an excellent place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Nice stay, quiet area very close to Carolina park and mall El giardino. Very friendly sun in everything required. the only thing to improve is the TV that is Smart to connect to Youtube, Disney or Netflix, very useful at night when traveling with kids. Everything else was excellent and I would definitely be back.

This is my new favorite place to stay in Quito. The hotel is so cute!! Everyone there was so helpful and kind. Helping me find a lost phone, making sure I got where I was going safely, even changing my sheets and towels all the time!! Who does that on AirBnb ?? Three blacks away is Cherusker, the best brew-pub in Ecuador. What else do you need?

Excellent experience! The apartment is cozy, spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Carolina was incredibly attentive, always responding quickly to my questions and giving useful tips about the area. The location is perfect: close to public transportation, restaurants and tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again! 100% recommended.

The only issue was the hot water - the shower will run hot and switch to cold, and warm and hot again. It was still ok to take a shower, but not 100% comfortable for people who loved hot showers.

This is our first time traveling to Ecuador and I honestly can't describe how delighted we were with everything and especially with Airbnb! The photos don't do it justice, it's simply beautiful, spectacular view, Diana is a great host, very flexible and friendly, she resolved all my concerns. Nothing bad to say about this Airbnb, I recommend it 100%, an Airbnb that meets all expectations, we would definitely stay here again!!

This is the second time staying here. Everything is very nice, cozy, excellent layout of the spaces, it has all the amenities and the hosts are super friendly, the space is perfect with a wonderful view of the city, it is very close to the historic center. It is easily accessible, and there is a bus line nearby. Everything was great. It's a 100% recommended place.
