Perfect place for what we needed. Only things the 4 flights of stairs however we didn’t mind it at all as we took it as exercise. Will definitely stay over again.

Carlos’s place is perfect for few days stay as a solo travelled or a couple. It’s in a nice neighborhood close to a mall and a big park. There are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood and there are things in the house to cook food if you decide to do it yourself too. Carlos himself was very responsive and got back to me with any questions I had pretty quickly. Would recommend this place if you plan to visit Quito

The apartment is very good, has everything you need, nice and was very clean. There was salt, oil, basic cooking and hygiene items, which we appreciate not having to buy. Bladimir is always attentive, quick to respond. Good internet. It is far from the commercial area, but you can get there and leave comfortably by taxi. The area is noisy, but at night, by closing the windows and turning on the air conditioning, you can sleep well. A highly recommended stay.

A safe and highly recommended place

The house is super nice and modern, with large rooms and a spectacular ocean view. The only uncomfortable thing was the road to get there, since it is not paved and the GPS took us on a pretty bad route. Of course, that's not the owners' fault, but it's worth keeping in mind. We had some problems at first, but Andrea helped us solve them quickly and we came to a good agreement. Very good attention from you. Victor, who gave us the keys, was also an excellent person, always willing to help us. As a suggestion, I would recommend that you include more bedspreads or extra blankets, because it's cold with the air conditioning. Or at least, specify if they are not included, so that one can bring them. Other than that, everything was perfect. The house is beautiful and the pool is ideal for having a good time and having a good barbecue. 100% recommended!

Narcisa’s place was perfect for a 1 night stay. It is walkable to the waterfront and downtown area, even walkable from the airport (which is what we did). Narcisca was communicative and even gave us early check in and late check out, which was super helpful! She also has an adorable and friendly dog and cat, who we miss already.
