Spectacular apartment with a large balcony, in the heart of Quito's commercial-financial area. It is comfortable, quiet, private and safe. There are several shopping centers nearby: Quicentro Shopping, CCI, Plaza de las América, Mall El Jardín, as well as La Carolina Park and the Financial Platform. You'll also find pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, and movie theaters nearby. The new metro stop is very close; in 8 minutes you can get to the Historic Center. The airport is 40 minutes away.

Cozy apartment remodeled in the colonial quarter of Quito, located on the third floor, a loft with a spectacular panoramic view of the Historic Center. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped with filtered water and essential implements to meet our guests' needs. The comfortable facilities provide good relaxation. We have Wifi 620Mbps a 1.05Gbps, a telephone line, a television with Netflix, and heaters for the shower and kitchen sinks.

Perfecto departamento para tres personas en el centro de Quito. Esta muy bien conectado con el sistema de transporte público, a tres cuadras de la estación del metro. El departamento cuenta con todas las comodidades para largas y cortas estancias. Se encuentra en el tercer piso un edificio muy seguro estilo neoclásico y que además cuenta con hermosas vistas de Quito. Es totalmente independiente. No contamos con ascensor ni estacionamiento.
