Vacation rentals with beach access in Marina Vallarta

Ivo is a great host and Bertha keeps the place very clean. The tile floor was replaced recently and it looks nice. BVG maintains the property very well as the buildings are now about 24 years old, and the grounds maintenance is great. We will certainly rent from Ivo again when we return to PV.

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

The condo was great! We loved the view from the rooftop pool!!! It’s in a wonderful location to walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. The romantic zone area is very lgbtq friendly if that’s what you are into this is a perfect place for you.

Great location, it's the same as the photos shared, Yoli is always attentive, good communication with her. The pool area has a wonderful view and the water is warm! At the reception they treated us quite well We will definitely be back!!!

The location of Oscar's place is ideal and very walkable to markets, restaurants and the Malecon. The studio room was clean and comfortable. There was some noise from church bells and fireworks, but I slept with a sound machine and it helped. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful when I was checking in. The rooftop space was perfect for hanging out and the continental breakfast was a nice addition to my stay. Would recommend and stay there again!!

Great place, the view is breathtaking! You can see the ocean and north of the building. The pool is really nice, there is bar/servers walking around for poolside drinks and snacks. Had a little bit of trouble getting through the gate when we arrived. This was more of an issue with the complex than the host. The host resolved this quickly though and were in within 15 min. Once in it was very easy to come and go to the location. You can walk directly on to the beach. The host provided one key fob to come and go. If you need an extra you can check one out and put a deposit of 500 Pesos or 25 USD that will be returned to you once you give it back. They have 5 gallon water jugs you can buy/refill in the basement and ice you can purchase that is inexpensive. We only drank that water but I believe the complex has a water filtration system that allows you to use the water there (no problems with showering or brushing teeth).

Perfect place to stay in! Everything is 5 min to 10min walk away. Great views of the town and the beach! Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

My family enjoyed our stay immensely. The pool and the roof top deck received extensive use and we loved walking a block to the beach. Our host was helpful and responsive.

I had a great trip to Puerto Vallerta and Luna's Airbnb was fantastic! You can walk to Playa Del Oro beach which I did each day but is also close to things like Malecón and Zona Romantica. I learned how to take the bus for 10 pesos but you can also use Didi or Uber. The apartment is very central but surprisingly quiet and peaceful. There are some restaurants closeby as well. Great place to stay in Puerto Vallerta, I would go back. Luna also has a coffeehouse + bar (and pizza) nearby. It's awesome!!

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing time. The place was super clean, cozy, and felt really safe. Everything looked just like the photos, maybe even better in person. The hosts were kind and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and gave us great local tips. The neighbourhood was quiet and relaxing, but still close to everything we needed. There are very good restaurants within walking distance. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a chill and comfortable spot to enjoy your trip and be able to walk to the beach. The rental car was a plus; we used it for a couple of days to visit other areas.

Christopher’s place was exactly like the pictures. My family stayed there for a week and loved it. The host was very responsive, the beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. David's place was a perfect place to decompress for a week. The rooftop is amazing, especially the pool. I spent every morning up there soaking up the views, literally. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything I needed. As other reviewers have noted, it is darker, but only because I chose not to really have the blinds open, otherwise there is plenty of natural light. But when I was at the apartment, I was on the rooftop anyway! And I was exploring PV most of the day anyway. The location is great - walkable to everything. The 5 de diciembre neighborhood is quieter and more residential. You'll be essentially right at the start of the beach - and can walk to the other end of the beach in about 40 min (at about 10-15 min to the start of the malecon). All in all, this was a great place to stay (also, no hills! and yet an amazing view from the rooftop!).

Amazing stay, perfect location, incredible pool, and great coffee! We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! The pool was absolutely amazing and the perfect place to relax. The entire space was clean and clearly well taken care of, which made us feel right at home. One of the nice little touches we really appreciated was the Nespresso machine – the coffee was delicious and a great way to start each morning. On top of that, the location couldn’t be better – close to everything we needed: restaurants, shops, and attractions. It was super convenient and easy to get around. Highly recommend this place, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Multiple time guest, can’t wait for next trip already. Trustworthy and communicable host. One of our favorite spots to stay in PV for great access and amenities. Surf vibe is fun. Best part of the day is coming back to cold air conditioning, waterfall shower, and melt into the comfortable bed. Very secure and multiple locked doors to reach pool, lobby, and elevator access. The pool and general building rules are held up, it makes the experience great. Rooftop bar is killer, great new addition. There are 5 to 10 restaurants within a few blocks that are world class… seriously! Walkable to the beach or taxis are right there for a 2 minute ride.

This place is absolutely amazing. The check-in process was very easy and the amenities were spectacular. This place had a rooftop pool with a restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The actual Airbnb had amazing views of the ocean, large bedrooms with private bathrooms and plenty of space. Our host John was very responsive and made sure that we were enjoying our time in Puerto Vallarta. I will definitely be back and recommend this beautiful place. Best Airbnb experience ever!!

Excellent place to spend time with family and relax, the apartment is very nice and very clean, it has everything you need to be comfortable, I would just add some teflon pots. The place is very clean, tidy, the pools are very clean and the common areas are always clean. I would definitely return, Salvador's service was incredible, always attentive and with a prompt response. I highly recommend it,

We just got back from staying for a week and it had a very pleasant time. Everything was great the room was organized and everything was clean right outside at the patio there were chairs we sat there a few times after getting out of the pool which was nice to relax. Everything was perfect we had a good time and relaxing time quiet hours are from 10pm until 8am which is nice. Everyone was friendly. I would definitely recommend and I would love to go back again.
