Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Havana

This home is located in a quiet humble neighborhood of a beautiful city, that has survived so much. Patric has done an exceptional job in bringing out and restoring the natural beauty of the home and adding modern amenities to make his guests feel at home. The pool area is beautiful, inviting and perfect for any gathering. The house staff is helpful and willing to help in anyway possible. Something not in Patric’ s control or his staff is the weather and countries power grid issues. We did experience 2-3 power outages a day each lasting 2-4 hours. The main generator is being fixed but staff did bring a smaller one to help with lighting and to try and keep 1-2 AC’s running for a more comfortable temperature. This is a reminder to those visiting that this is not the owners fault it’s the reality of the countries day to day struggle. The on site staff did their best to accommodate us. Word of advice travel with a portable chargeable fan and hand held flashlight. Highly recommend

Our stay at Carlos' place was great. The space is fantastic and very well decorated. Janio (Carlos' concierge) was extremely attentive and helpful. Having a phone with a local sim card makes all the difference! Staying at this place gives you more than just a place to sleep. Price is on the high end of the range compared with other places and could perhaps be lowered a bit, but if your budget allows, I would still recommend it! I give this place a 10/10!

I can't find the words to describe how WONDERFUL my stay with Hope was. I will 💕 definitely return. The location is perfect to visit many things walking, their recommendations were the best, their indescribable warmth, the safety of the house is very good, the breakfast super delicious, I recommend yes or IF their rooms for rent. I leave with my heart full of meeting such wonderful people, Esperanza made us feel more than at home, I really appreciate every attention.

Ivis's accommodation in Havana Central is in a great location, allowing easy walking access to many strategic sites in the city. Spacious and surprisingly quiet for an apartment in the heart of the city, it offers appreciable comfort. Ivis and her family are warm and thoughtful hosts. One of the major assets of this accommodation is its large terrace, with a small swimming pool, a real pleasure in the heart of Havana. We recommend it without hesitation.

Laura's place was great, house staff (Osmel and Yanixa) were incredibly kind. They were very attentive and so helpful throughout my stay. They brought me coffee from the market, helped me hire a driver and made the arrangement for me. One night I wanted to watch a movie from my laptop, Osmel was kind to bring me an HDMI cable for the TV. Very trustworthy and polite people. They even cut me fresh pineapples! Brought me beers without ripping me off. They provided me instructions and took time out to be available. They accommodated my late flight, gave me recommendations of places. I can speak very highly of them and for their care. The house was very nice, more like a mansion. No power outages, I always had hot water with pressure. Washroom was very nice with a double sink. Bed and linens were great. Kitchen was solid with a big modern fridge and stove. Living room had a great big sectional sofa. Dining table was very nice, with fresh flowers on the table. Backyard was great!

Amelia and Alfonso are lovely. She is a whirlwind of vitality. The house was very clean and comfortable and nice. Very modern inside and with air conditioning and fans so as not to be hot. Amelia recommended places to eat in the area and explained where the WiFi area was, very close to the house. The central station is also very close and also the Plaza de la Revolución. They adapted to our schedules without a problem and advised us about the neighborhood and at the time of taking the Viazul we had planned for the next day.

We had a wonderful stay at Ana's house. Mildred and her sister were excellent local hosts and so easy to coordinate check-in/out and airport transportation with. We rented the whole space, which is one bedroom on the 2nd floor (only one flight of stairs up) attached to a smaller sofa bed room that leads to a living room, plus another bedroom, which is on the 3rd floor (another flight of stairs up) in its own little "tower." The house is beautiful and has a mini refrigerator in both rooms (very helpful) and no kitchen/stove/coffee maker (just as advertised). Address note: The house is well located but I would note that it is actually located at Villegas & Muralla (not Lamparilla 1 as it shows on the Airbnb map/listing). This would not make a big difference for most people (it's a 10 minute/700m/.4 mile walk between the house and Lamparilla 1) but we did initially make the booking hoping to be on Lamparilla so it seemed worth mentioning as a heads up. Nestled near Centro Havana and next to Parque Christo. This location is perfect for accessing old Havana, Centro, and the many sceneries of the Capital. Plenty of food and entertainment nearby.

This is a great apartment in an absolutely fantastic location, walking distance to almost everything you'll want to do in Havana. The apartment is vintage on the third floor with a wraparound balcony to watch the world go by in Havana. Magali was very responsive before we arrived, and then when we got there (and when we left), we were taken care of perfectly by her manager Andro who was absolutely charming and couldn't be more helpful or knowledgeable. We will certainly stay here again next time we're in Havana. Gracias Andro y Magali !!

I had a great time. First time at this rental. Great location....power didn't go out. Very spacious apartment. Secure entrance. Camera on the inside of the front door, before you go upstairs to the apartment. Store right next door for drinks, food, etc. Restaurants just a block away. The owner was helpful with any questions I had. Wifi was good! Bathroom is big and nice. Highly recommend this place! I had a great time. It was my first time at this place. I really enjoyed my time here, my stay at Centro Habana was ideal for walking around and getting to Old Havana and Vedado. There was so much to do and Yurguen was always responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Well, the truth is that I'm very happy. This is my 6th time in Havana and I'll stay forever in this rental. It's like my own house. The employees who run it are not just good, but the best, especially Gloria and Mario, who were the ones I dealt with the most, without of course belittling anyone, from maintenance, management, cleaning, etc. I assure you that I have stayed in many rentals in Havana, and despite its difficulties here in this country, it seemed like an island, wifi, no blackouts, well-stocked breakfasts and meals, they tried to solve problems at all times, currency exchange at a very good price, phone card, taxi, visits, excursions, etc. Super friendly service, cozy, outstanding I repeat, gentlemen

Unbeatable stay. It was a real pleasure to be staying here. Not only for the apartment and its exceptional location, but also for the attention received from Tania and Giuseppe. The accommodation has all amenities it describes, stable wifi, hot water, air conditioning and a nice terrace. Giuseppe not only accommodated me kindly and gave me good recommendations of the neighborhood, but he took the time to show me the city as a local guide. It was definitely one of the best Airbnb experiences.

Excellent accommodations, and superb value! Very spacious apartment withe all the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Open outdoor balcony with nice views makes a perfect spot for unwinding and gathering. Central a/c is a luxury as few places have this in Havana. Apartment was spotless, wifi works great and the large smart TV is definitely a plus. Many amenities like washer and dryer and comfortable beds truly make ones stay exceptional. Host is available for any need that may arise. Location is near many restaurants and stores. Check in process was seamless. Definitely a place to return to. Highly recommended!

100% RECOMMENDED - BACK Marta and her assistants are charming!! The house is perfect in the center of Vedado, (best area of Havana), spacious, clean, very well located, nice views and very quiet area. Elevator with generator (always working). Wifi is very good and always works (a miracle for Cuba). The house is on a 9º with a large terrace and very good views. There are several restaurants on the same block (one is 24horas), the area is very quiet and safe. Close to places like the Hotel Nacional (worth taking a mojito on the terrace), the Melia Habana libre, the President (terrace to have something very cheap). THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING MARTA!!

We were very well received by our hostess who helped us in everything we need. The villa was clean and had good kitchen utensils, as well as a hairdryer and washing machine. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent Host

The person who was always aware of us was Daniel, a beloved guy with a lot of important information. It is close to the Plaza Vieja, a place full of restaurants and music. It is also close to the Capitol, well located, although the view of Old Havana may seem to some people heavy to see, for us it was part of the beauty of the place and the Cuban reality. We would definitely come back to this spot.
