Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Havana

This home is located in a quiet humble neighborhood of a beautiful city, that has survived so much. Patric has done an exceptional job in bringing out and restoring the natural beauty of the home and adding modern amenities to make his guests feel at home. The pool area is beautiful, inviting and perfect for any gathering. The house staff is helpful and willing to help in anyway possible. Something not in Patric’ s control or his staff is the weather and countries power grid issues. We did experience 2-3 power outages a day each lasting 2-4 hours. The main generator is being fixed but staff did bring a smaller one to help with lighting and to try and keep 1-2 AC’s running for a more comfortable temperature. This is a reminder to those visiting that this is not the owners fault it’s the reality of the countries day to day struggle. The on site staff did their best to accommodate us. Word of advice travel with a portable chargeable fan and hand held flashlight. Highly recommend

Our stay at Carlos' place was great. The space is fantastic and very well decorated. Janio (Carlos' concierge) was extremely attentive and helpful. Having a phone with a local sim card makes all the difference! Staying at this place gives you more than just a place to sleep. Price is on the high end of the range compared with other places and could perhaps be lowered a bit, but if your budget allows, I would still recommend it! I give this place a 10/10!

No encuentro las palabras para describir lo MARAVILLOSA que fue mi estancia con Esperanza 💕 sin duda volveré. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar muchas cosas caminando, sus recomendaciones fueron las mejores, su calidez indescriptible, la seguridad de la casa es muy buena, el desayuno super delicioso, recomiendo SI o SI sus habitaciones en renta. Me voy con el corazón lleno de conocer a personas tan maravillosas, Esperanza nos hizo sentir más que en casa, agradezco muchísimo cada atención.

Le logement d'Ivis à Havana Central est idéalement situé, permettant un accès facile à pied à de nombreux sites stratégiques de la ville. Spacieux et étonnamment calme pour un appartement en plein centre, il offre un confort appréciable. Ivis et sa famille sont des hôtes chaleureux et attentionnés. L’un des atouts majeurs de ce logement est sa grande terrasse, agrémentée d’une petite piscine, un véritable plaisir au cœur de La Havane. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

Amelia y Alfonso son encantadores. Ella es un torbellino de vitalidad. La casa estaba muy limpia y era cómoda y agradable. Muy moderna en su interior y con aire acondicionado y ventiladores para no pasar calor. Amelia nos recomendó lugares para ir a comer por la zona y nos explicó dónde se encontraba la zona WiFi, muy cerca de la casa. La estación central está también muy cerca y también la plaza de la Revolución. Se adaptaron a nuestros horarios sin problema y nos aconsejaron sobre el barrio y a la hora de coger el Viazul que teníamos previsto para el día siguiente.

We had a wonderful stay at Ana's house. Mildred and her sister were excellent local hosts and so easy to coordinate check-in/out and airport transportation with. We rented the whole space, which is one bedroom on the 2nd floor (only one flight of stairs up) attached to a smaller sofa bed room that leads to a living room, plus another bedroom, which is on the 3rd floor (another flight of stairs up) in its own little "tower." The house is beautiful and has a mini refrigerator in both rooms (very helpful) and no kitchen/stove/coffee maker (just as advertised). Address note: The house is well located but I would note that it is actually located at Villegas & Muralla (not Lamparilla 1 as it shows on the Airbnb map/listing). This would not make a big difference for most people (it's a 10 minute/700m/.4 mile walk between the house and Lamparilla 1) but we did initially make the booking hoping to be on Lamparilla so it seemed worth mentioning as a heads up. Thank you for a great stay!

Evin konumu ve temizliği harikaydı. 2 gece kaldık, keşke daha uzun kalmaya süremiz olsaydı. Aşırı ferah bir ev. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Havana’nın en iyi evlerinden biri olabilir. Leandis ve yardımcısı mükemmel insanlar. Dolapta bize ikram olarak meyve ve birkaç yiyecek hazırlamışlardı. Daha iyi bir seçenek aramaya gerek yok, Havana’ya gelecek arkadaşlarıma tavsiye edeceğim.

Nestled near Centro Havana and next to Parque Christo. This location is perfect for accessing old Havana, Centro, and the many sceneries of the Capital. Plenty of food and entertainment nearby.

This was my third vacation to La Habana and I brought a friend with me to experience the culture of Havana. I selected this Maylin’s place based on the reviews and knew it was a very desirable location. I would agree with the reviews that I read regarding Maylin’s place and really enjoyed our 9 day stay. Javier and Ivis are the onsite hosts were very kind and quick to respond to any questions or concerns – I couldn’t have asked for better attention. I communicated with google translate with no problem. It is an incredible location and the balcony overlooking Plaza Vieja that can’t be beat. You can see locals going about their daily lifes and the sounds of live Cuban music from the restaurants around the Plaza. Make sure to have your phone “unlocked” before arriving and get a Cuban SIM for connection. I hope to stay here again. Any problems we experienced are normal in Cuba and are not exclusive to this place and should not reflect negatively on our wonderful hosts.

Faltan palabras para describir el gran trato y atención por parte de Barbara, siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestras necesidades a toda hora, nos sentimos como EN CASA!!!. Algo súper importante a resaltar es que NO hay cortes de electricidad por lo que estuvimos muy cómodos con el clima y amenidades que se mencionan, además de que el departamento lucía muy limpio y ordenado, tal cual se muestra en las fotos, superó mis expectativas!!! La ubicación es inmejorable ya que está cerca de restaurantes donde puedes comer muy rico, sin mencionar que está a una cuadra del Capitolio y de donde pasa el Turibus. Barbara es una excelente anfitriona, ella hizo que este viaje tuviera ese toque mágico ya que nos recomendaba a dónde ir e incluso nos ayudó con la conectividad para estar comunicados con nuestras familias en México, no batallamos nada con el internet. Sin duda regresaría y lo recomiendo ampliamente!!!!

Schöne Wohnung im Herzen von Havanna. Zum Glück gibt es einen Lift, die Wohnung ist im 7. Stock. Dafür hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Die Terasse haben wir geliebt und Stunden darauf verbracht. Boris war sehr hilfbereit und vor allem die SIM-Karte, die zur Verfügung gestellt wird hat unser Leben sehr erleichtert. Klare Empfehlung!

I had a great time. First time at this rental. Great location....power didn't go off. Very spacious apartment. Secure entry. Camera on the inside of the front door, before you go upstairs to the apartment. Store right next door for drinks, food etc. Restaurants just a block away. Owner was helpful with any questions I had. Wifi was good! Bathroom is big and nice. Highly recommend this place! Lo pasé genial. Era mi primera vez en este alojamiento. Excelente ubicación... no se fue la luz. Apartamento muy espacioso. Entrada segura. Cámara en la parte interior de la puerta principal, antes de subir al apartamento. Tienda justo al lado para bebidas, comida, etc. Restaurantes a solo una cuadra. El dueño me ayudó con todas mis preguntas. ¡El wifi funcionaba bien! El baño es grande y bonito. ¡Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar!

I really enjoyed my time here, my stay at Centro Habana was ideal for walking around and getting to Old Havana and Vedado. There was so much to do and Yurguen was always responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Es war wieder alles super und das wichtigste,man hat immer Elektrizität weil die Casa in einer Linie zum Krankenhaus liegt Gas zum kochen ist auch immer verfügbar. Ich kann die Casa nur jedem weiterempfehlen

pues la verdad qye muy contento es mi 6 vez en la habana y ya me quedo para siempre en esta renta es como mi propia casa, los empleados que la dirigen no son buenos si no lo siguiente, sobre todo gloria y Mario que fue con los que más trate, sin por supuesto menospreciar a nadie, desde mantenimiento, dirección, limpieza, ect yo le aseguro que ehh estado en muchas rentas en la habana, y a pesar de sus dificultades aquí en este país aquí parecía una isla , wifi, sin apagones, desayunos y comidas bien abastecidos, te intentaban solucionar problemas en todo momento , cambio de divisa a muy buen precio, tarjeta de teléfono, taxi, visitas, excursiones, ect ect trato súper familiar, acogedor, un sobresaliente yo señores repito

Inmejorable estancia. Ha sido un verdadero placer estar alojado aquí. No solo por el apartamento y su ubicación excepcional, sino también por la atención recibida por parte de Tania y Giuseppe. El alojamiento tiene todas las comodidades que describe, wifi estable, agua calentie, aire acondicionado y una bonita terraza. Giuseppe no solo me atendió amablemente y me dio buenas recomendaciones del barrio, sino que se tomo tiempo para enseñarme la ciudad como un guía local. Ha sido, sin duda, una de las mejores experiencias en Airbnb.

Excellent accommodations, and superb value! Very spacious apartment withe all the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Open outdoor balcony with nice views makes a perfect spot for unwinding and gathering. Central a/c is a luxury as few places have this in Havana. Apartment was spotless, wifi works great and the large smart TV is definitely a plus. Many amenities like washer and dryer and comfortable beds truly make ones stay exceptional. Host is available for any need that may arise. Location is near many restaurants and stores. Check in process was seamless. Definitely a place to return to. Highly recommended!

RECOMENDABLE AL 100% - VOLVERE Marta y sus ayudantes son un encanto!! La casa es perfecta en el centro del Vedado, (mejor zona de la Habana), amplia, limpia, muy bien situada, bonitas vistas y la zona muy tranquila. Ascensor con generador (siempre funciona). La Wifi es muy buena y siempre funciona (un milagro para Cuba). La casa esta en un 9º con una gran terraza y muy buenas vistas. Hay varios restaurantes en la misma manzana (uno es 24Horas), la zona es muy tranquila y segura. Cerca de sitios como el Hotel Nacional (digno de tomar un mojito en la terraza), el Melia Habana libre, el Presidente (terraza para tomarse algo muy barata). GRACIAS POR TODO MARTA!!

Excellent Host

La persona que siempre estuvo al tanto de nosotros fue Daniel, un chico queridísimo con mucha información importante, está cerca a la Plaza Vieja, un lugar lleno de restaurantes y música, también está cerca al Capitolio, bien ubicado aunque la vista de la Habana Vieja les puede parecer a algunas personas pesada de ver para nosotros hizo parte de la belleza del lugar y de la realidad cubana. Volveríamos sin duda a este lugar.
