Ivis's accommodation in Havana Central is in a great location, allowing easy walking access to many strategic sites in the city. Spacious and surprisingly quiet for an apartment in the heart of the city, it offers appreciable comfort. Ivis and her family are warm and thoughtful hosts. One of the major assets of this accommodation is its large terrace, with a small swimming pool, a real pleasure in the heart of Havana. We recommend it without hesitation.

This house is exactly what my family and I needed. It's spacious, private, well-equipped, comfortable- everything in the house works well- clean, quiet, and a few meters from the gorgeous Varadero Beach. They have beach chairs and an umbrella. Super convenient! Sandra et al. were very kind, very helpful, and very respectful of our privacy. We felt like home with the comfort of a private "hotel". I highly recommend the house. This house is exactly what my family and I needed. It is spacious, private, well-equipped, comfortable—everything in the house works perfectly—clean, quiet and a few meters from the beautiful Varadero beach. They have beach chairs and an umbrella. 2 days in a very pleasant setting, a relaxing bubble with the family facing the sea, feet in the water 🤩 The house is spacious and bright, it feels good. Great hosting with little extras that are appreciated: beach towels, laundry, a well-equipped kitchen and a very good homemade cake 😋

This is a wonderful place for the budget conscious traveler. Do not be discouraged by the outside, the apartment is spacious and comfortable inside. We felt safe in the area, the neighborhood is nice and the people are friendly. We had everything we needed. But the main advantage is how well you will be taken care of by this whole wonderful family. From the initial booking process Ana was great about answering all questions promptly. Then after you get here her brother Carlos and sister Mary will go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. They arranged all our tours and taxis. And Mary made us a lovely breakfast every morning. One piece of our luggage was delayed and Carlos went out of his way to communicate with the airline and it was delivered the next day, we did not have to do anything. I would not even hesitate to come here solo. I can’t say enough about them, you will be well taken care of.

Nestled near Centro Havana and next to Parque Christo. This location is perfect for accessing old Havana, Centro, and the many sceneries of the Capital. Plenty of food and entertainment nearby.

There are no words to describe the great treatment and attention from Barbara, she was always attentive to our needs at all times, we felt right at HOME!!! Something super important to highlight is that there are NO power outages, so we were very comfortable with the climate and amenities that are mentioned, in addition to the fact that the apartment looked very clean and tidy, as shown in the photos, it exceeded my expectations!!! The location is unbeatable as it is close to restaurants where you can eat very well, not to mention that it is one block from the Capitol and where the Turibus. Barbara is an excellent host, she made this trip have that magical touch since she recommended where to go and even helped us with the connectivity to be in touch with our families in Mexico, we didn't struggle with the internet at all. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!!!!

A truly luxurious stay! The apartment is absolutely stunning! The view from the terrace is simply unbeatable. Everything worked perfectly and was in top condition. It’s ideally located, just a short walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and the historic centre. Mayte, Dayan, and Yurisan are an outstanding team, always happy to help with anything we needed. I’m so glad we chose to include the breakfast option; it was absolutely delicious. Excellent Wi-Fi coverage throughout the entire property. We were quite fortunate as well. Some friends of ours stayed in an area called El Vedado and experienced daily power outages, whereas we had no issues at all, as this apartment is located in a protected area. I genuinely couldn’t recommend this place more, it will definitely be my first choice when I return to Havana. Without a doubt, the best penthouse in Havana.

Unbeatable stay. It was a real pleasure to be staying here. Not only for the apartment and its exceptional location, but also for the attention received from Tania and Giuseppe. The accommodation has all amenities it describes, stable wifi, hot water, air conditioning and a nice terrace. Giuseppe not only accommodated me kindly and gave me good recommendations of the neighborhood, but he took the time to show me the city as a local guide. It was definitely one of the best Airbnb experiences.

100% RECOMMENDED - BACK Marta and her assistants are charming!! The house is perfect in the center of Vedado, (best area of Havana), spacious, clean, very well located, nice views and very quiet area. Elevator with generator (always working). Wifi is very good and always works (a miracle for Cuba). The house is on a 9º with a large terrace and very good views. There are several restaurants on the same block (one is 24horas), the area is very quiet and safe. Close to places like the Hotel Nacional (worth taking a mojito on the terrace), the Melia Habana libre, the President (terrace to have something very cheap). THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING MARTA!!

Excellent Host

The person who was always aware of us was Daniel, a beloved guy with a lot of important information. It is close to the Plaza Vieja, a place full of restaurants and music. It is also close to the Capitol, well located, although the view of Old Havana may seem to some people heavy to see, for us it was part of the beauty of the place and the Cuban reality. We would definitely come back to this spot.

WOW! What an incredible apartment! We absolutely loved it! We only stayed one night on a stopover between Viñales and Trinidad, but we wish we could have stayed longer! It’s so beautifully designed, in a lovely neighbourhood and the cafe/bar on the balcony right outside the apartment is something special (the welcome drink is a very nice touch and we highly recommend the breakfast menu!) Orlando was super responsive, his instructions for finding the casa and checking in were really clear and the local host (Liz) was really helpful - she arranged our collectivo for the next morning with no issues. Thanks for making a brief overnight in Havana stay something VERY special!
