Perfect location in Ouro Preto. With a garage to leave your car, you can spend the whole time getting to all the sights on foot. Our bed was very comfy, with plenty of covers for the cold nights. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the dining room table is spacious. We enjoyed our stay!

My stay at Janaína's house was very comfortable. The location is very close to several interesting points of Ouro Preto, and it is possible to walk to the historic center. The house is very clean, cozy and everything works perfectly. In addition, Janaína is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Great accommodation, everything is very clean and comfortable, as it is in a “garage” you can park the car in front. I highly recommend it, the only thing I missed was a fan to circulate the air (even though it has good circulation) and a full-length mirror

Excellent stay! The house is very spacious and well-equipped, with very comfortable rooms, well-kept bathrooms and a very beautiful outdoor space. In addition, it is very close to the main tourist spots and restaurants of Ouro Preto, making it possible to visit several places in the city on foot.

Super nice experience. We spent a weekend in Lavras Novas. The house is very beautiful and well decorated. Very good location, at the end of the Main Street (sidewalk part), next to the Pimenta Rosa restaurant. The choice of this house was for the Jacuzzi available on an outdoor deck at the entrance to the house. There are 3 houses on the premises; you lose a little bit of privacy on the deck. But apparently there is a growing hedge around the deck. Anyway, we used the Jacuzzi, which was very nice. On the deck (outdoor area) there is a portable barbecue. The rooms are very comfortable. The Master suite is very beautiful, with wonderful views and a bathtub near the windows. The other room is smaller, but with super comfortable bed and bedding. The bathrooms are very beautiful, cozy, with a wonderful shower. The living room (living and dining) and kitchen spaces are integrated. The house is functional for 4 people. We had fun and rested a lot. Excellent choice in Lavras Novas.

We had an excellent trip! The Solar, despite being small (and the ceiling is loooooow in the 3-bed room hahahah) is extremely clean, organized, well equipped and well located (the only remotely negative point would be that it is right in front of a gas station, which generated some noise and smell at times) Special mention to the hostess Monica, who gave several tips and always responded with helpfulness, speed and kindness. She even left makeup removal products as a courtesy! Perfect, no flaws.

I loved spending time in Neirinha's space!!! Izabel welcomed me very well, both were veryyyyy nice, the space is well located, the neighborhood is also very safe. I loved the little dogs, they are soooo cute, I 😍😍 loved everything, for sure if I come to Mariana at some other time I would stay with her again! ♥️

My experience in hosting was excellent! The place is very comfortable, with a great structure and everything extremely clean and well maintained. The location is perfect, very close to the O Passo restaurant and other important tourist spots in Ouro Preto, which makes it much easier to get around the city. The host deserves a special mention: extremely polite, helpful and cordial, always available to help with any questions or needs. I felt very well received and welcomed throughout the stay. It is definitely a place I recommend without hesitation and where I intend to stay again when I return to Ouro Preto!

the house is a delight! It has a view of the forest, and is clean and organized. For those who want tourists and a place to rest, it's ideal. I advise you to stay there if you have a car, as it is not close to restaurants and historic visitor centers. I would definitely come back. Besides, Thaina is very helpful and attentive!

The location is ok — it is a little far from the center of Ouro Preto, but in about 10 minutes by car you can get there easily. Excellent duplex apartment. Kitchen equipped with enough utensils. Ample parking. Clean. Two bathrooms, hot water, good pressure. Friendly communication with the owner. The only thing is that until very late, like 1am, you can hear water running, pipes... you can hear the neighbors as if they were inside. And check-out is very early, 10:00 am.
