House located on the Casa de Pedra site, surrounded by the Atlantic forest and the Bação stream. It has a large natural area with more than 10,000m², extensive lawns, lake and woods. Great for those who want to rest in the midst of nature and at the same time have nearby tourist and leisure options (we are 60km from BH, 47km from Ouro Preto and 71km from Inhotim). Sítio with beautiful landscaping, swimming pool, clean stream and lots of peace. The property has one more house that is located 150 m. away.

A tranquil outdoor area features a rectangular pool surrounded by a stone deck. Colorful chairs are arranged in the grassy area nearby, with lush greenery and trees creating a serene backdrop.
