Laudemir was very helpful, responded quickly and already explained everything. The beautiful garden, the delightful view, very good taste in the entire cottage. It was an amazing stay, the house is very cozy, a beautiful place. Rosângela and her husband were very nice and polite, gave us recommendations for great places, made us feel very comfortable. I have no complaints, I recommend it with my eyes closed.

The cabin is perfect for relaxing and resting. The environment corresponds exactly as in the photos, in addition to being very spacious, cozy and very safe against the entry of insects, due to the good sealing of the doors and window. The housekeeper Lu welcomed us very well, we also tasted olive oils produced on the farm itself. I highly recommend you stay.

The lake house was one of the best experiences I've ever had on the platform, everything was impeccable, Valdeci was very cordial throughout the stay, I will certainly return to this wonderful place.

Extremely quiet place (as well as the whole village). The space of Érico is really beautiful, cozy and exactly like in the pictures. The kitchen is very well equipped with pots, cups, glasses and dining appliance. The decor is a grace! The bathroom is large and the cottage is very spacious. We like it a lot!

The house is wonderful and already conveys a sense of peace from the entrance! You can see beauty in every corner and in every space there. The house utensils saved us because we forgot to bring some things, but there was a super kit with everything we could need right there. Super comfortable and warm bed linens. Easy to access location even for me who had never even climbed the mountain! Beto was helpful from before our arrival, clearing up all our questions. Note a thousand! We left already wanting to come back. If you want to relax, this is THE place!!

Our satisfaction was general. The stay is perfect for those who want peace and quiet and to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the surroundings. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen that serve very well, everything clean and with a decoration that left me delighted. Juarez's works are beautiful and make every room more special. He is also communicative and helpful, gave detailed instructions on how to get to the site and also on how to go to the waterfalls. The little swimming pool and the waterfall on the property are really cool, and it's a privilege to hear the sound of the water in the distance while making coffee in the kitchen. We went with our dog, Pretinha, and she had a BLAST! Think of a happy animal. Anyway, everything was great and once again we leave our thanks to Juarez.

Guys... there was sugar, coffee powder, an iron, a nice mattress!, TV, Wi-Fi, mint candy, refrigerator, stove, cutlery, blender, 4 pillows, a lot of glasses, quiet apartment, I honestly give it a 10!João always answered me promptly.

A good place to stay, very centrally located if you want to go by bus or subway, as you can get around the city using public transportation. If you want to use Uber and go to the beaches, the price is around 40 Reals. At the entrance they were always attentive to the entrance and there were never any problems with delays. Of course, at night it is a place with almost no people (like almost all of downtown Rio) and it is dark. It was not unsafe at any time but keep that in mind. If you want to stay in the center to be close to the classic area of RJ, it's a good place. We walked to the cathedral, arcos de Lapa, escalera de selaron and many other attractions.

I just want to emphasize how I felt in the place and in the city (I felt welcomed, a huge inner peace, pleasant and very tasteful). From the beginning to the end, I was well taken care of, they made me and my wife feel like family, and not a guest. They were extremely pleasant days. The neighborhood, the street, the city, everything is a context of harmony and inner peace. more than hosts, they were brothers. I recommend the city of Capitolio to everyone, the tours and everything the city has to offer. Now, regarding the accommodation, don't think too much. You can choose without fear. The apartment was exactly as described. The block has several excellent restaurants and bars, which makes the apartment a great place for those who have some leisure time left. The park is great for a morning walk. Finally, José was helpful and clear in his communication. I recommend the stay.

Air conditioning working well, excellent shower and a very practical swivel TV, which can be used both from the bed and the sofa. In addition, the HDMI cable and plug already available are a great differential for those who want to connect a video game or notebook.
