Family-friendly vacation rentals in Margherita di Savoia

Very nice, clean place to stay in Ruvo. Really comfortable and close to the train. I was only there one night but it was perfect for my situation. The only drawback is wifi only works in the main room so if you want to play on your phone or ipad while you’re lying bed, you won’t have service.

Everything was fantastic, and the apartment and the location and the hosts, we had delicious gifts, the beds were very comfortable, it's cozy and has everything we needed, we will come back again if we are visiting Bari again!

We had an excellent stay at the house! The house is particularly clean and groomed. Sabino was extremely welcoming helpful and reactive. The area is charming, really close to the seaside and the city center with good restaurants around. We will definitely come back !

Alessandra's house is beautiful, very well furnished and equipped. Beautiful patio for breakfast prepared with love, jams and homemade pastries. Exceptional lemon pie. Beautiful pool with very comfortable armchairs. Warm welcome. Our host was very available and always smiling. She helped us with reservations and gave us many tips about places to visit, restaurants. Recommended.

Silvia ‘s place is great for our group because there are 2 units in the same buildings. As we are unable to communicate in Italian, there is a bit of confusion how to meet with Silvia for checkin. Silvia is very quick response and provides many good suggestions for locals visit. The place is very peaceful, nice and clean. If you want to have the parking garage, you are required to inform Silvia in advance for fee. There is some street parking for free. If you like to park on street near the rental, that could be challenge to find one. Do not be surprised if you see many trash all around in front of the building. Once, you enter the building that would be clean.

Vincenzo was an impeccable host, always responsive in his responses and in providing us with directions to both restaurants and the area. Very spacious apartment, equipped with everything you need, clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

The B& B Villa was the absolute best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. and we have stayed at a lot. The six rooms where more than enough and comfortable, each with a bathroom. For seven adults, the amenities were everything we needed to cook dinner, have lunch and breakfasts. there were play areas with a ping pong table and board games and a beautiful pool in the back with many lounge chais and a large charcoal BBQ with large outdoor dining table. The are dining areas inside and on the front porch. The views were magnificen, in the front the sea, and in the back the mountain. absolutely breathtaking. His wife Sarah and Michele where very helpful. to the point that Michele repaired the bottom of the rental car. There are no laundry machines we can use. but Sarah did the laundry for us, at no charge. As I said the Villa is an absolutely beautiful spot and a great time. We have no complaints.

While, as described, this is a tiny home, it had all we needed for our short stay. The hosts were very helpful and even provided an Italian breakfast each morning. The place is secluded but close to the town and the beach. We would certainly return.

We had a pleasant stay in Rosella's apartment. Earplugs to be included in the suitcase if staying for the weekend (it is in a very good location with the inevitable night noise of a city center), otherwise...everything was perfect. Great welcome, excellent responsiveness, smooth communication. The apartment is beautiful, fresh, very nicely decorated and very well located if you want to visit the surroundings or go out at night to enjoy a nice little restaurant. We would highly recommend

Absolutely loved my month-long stay at Lidia’s apartment. Check-in and check-out were effortless, thanks to her clear instructions, and guest registration was just as smooth. Lidia always replied quickly and helpfully. A minor issue in the bathroom was fixed immediately. Lidia also kept me well informed about the lively scene outside—especially on weekends, the street and square can be busy. With windows closed, noise was no problem for me, but light sleepers might want to consider this. The location is excellent: dozens of restaurants just minutes away, and the waterfront right outside. The neighborhood feels lively but less touristy than the old town, which I really enjoyed. The apartment is well equipped (microwave, washing machine, iron, fast and reliable WiFi). I felt comfortable and at home the whole time. I would happily return and can absolutely recommend this place to friends. Thanks again for a great stay, Lidia!

Anna and her family were kind and helpful. It felt right at home, the garden and of an indescribable beauty. The sea is a few meters away, a minute's walk away by simply crossing the road at the bottom of the garden. Our little dog Audrey was welcomed with affection by Anna and her cats and on the beach where she could swim freely. Thanks Anna!

We had a beautiful stay in this cozy loft apartment tucked above the Terza Luna tea shop. The space has an old-world charm with its thick stone walls and exposed wooden beams across the ceiling — a perfect blend of character and comfort. Our cats claimed the window ledge as their throne, watching the golden lights of the piazza reflect off the surrounding historic buildings. The location is absolutely ideal. You’re directly across from great pizza and gelato, and just around the corner from a full row of restaurants — including Colibrio, a dedicated gluten-free bakery with incredible croissants, focaccia, and pastries. A Dodeca grocery store is also conveniently close for stocking up on essentials. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and full of quiet charm. Communication with the host was smooth, and everything felt easy from start to finish. We’d happily stay here again — it’s a wonderful spot for enjoying Bari on foot, with everything you need just outside the door.

The property is located in an elevated position above Mattinata and this allowed you to enjoy a nice cool air in the evening. The center of Mattinata is still reachable in 5 minutes, but it is advisable to have a car overlooking the strong slope of the road. The apartment was super clean and suitable for a vacation of four people, and the outdoor space can be used very wide. The most valuable feature is undoubtedly Mr. Michele, the husband of Maria Luigia, who welcomed us when we arrived and in addition to showing us the apartment, also gave us tips on how to get around or which beaches were the best. When he passed, he was careful to ask if we needed anything and if everything was okay. Wonderful vacation thanks also to Maria Luigia and Michele!

Amazing apartment and a incredibly helpful host. Fantastic communication, helpful and friendly. 10 Min walk from train station and about 30 from Bari old town. Has everything you could need for a great stay in Bari Would recommend

Frances' place is located in the historic part of the city in a very beautiful environment. Quiet accommodation, very clean and comfortable (especially bedding). Very good welcome by Frances who was available and found me a parking space for my car. Excellent stay. I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Angela is an amazing person, the accommodation offered is superb, the place is quiet and restful, the pool is a real plus, and the garden with sunbed and hammock is great. Angela recommended us restaurants that were divine, where we were welcomed great, she had even booked for us! In short, go there without so much as a second thought. Big favorite for Malaika and especially Nana, her dogs who are so adorable!

Torre Gigliano is an exceptional Airbnb. Spending time in the ancient tower was so peaceful and relaxing. We loved taking walks through the olive trees after reading by the pool throughout the day. The sunrises and sunsets are also amazing. The property is truly beautiful and Alessandra is a great host. The nearby town of Ruvo di Puglia offered anything else we needed. I recommend Torre Gigliano as a unique retreat and home base for visiting other areas of the Puglia region. We hope to return again some day!

We were very well hosted despite our late arrival. The house is spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the garden and the pool. The house was very clean, located close to many places to visit. Thank you for the great welcome basket. Valeria replied very quickly to all our messages.

Very familiar hostess. You immediately feel comfortable. Spacious property and spacious house. Everything was available. Please note that the house is about 5 km from town. Just as we wanted. In the evening, no problem parking the car in the city and enjoying the nice nightlife. Thanks to our hosts. Real vacation flair and super likeable from the start. Absolutely recommended.

We are so very grateful that we found Angela's place. It was a last minute booking for us and we didn't have very high expectations. If we would have had though, the high expectations would have been met!! We stayed in the loft apartment and it was very clean, very practical furnished and very quiet and peaceful. There was everything you needed. The pool was cold but I love that since it was hot summer when we visited. Sun all day on the sun chairs!! Her two dogs were lovely. Angela as a host is the best host I've ever had during all my airbnb stays. Very attentive, easy communication, super friendly and really helpful. I would most definitely come back to casa pistacchio. The house is located at the bottom of the city (its a steep and cool city!), and the accommodation provided parking. Grazie mille Angela 🫶

We had an amazing stay at Il Trullo al Mare! Angelo (and the nearby neighbor, Igor) were lovely and super helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated Angelo's thoughtful welcoming and departing treats, and his recommendations for restaurants and places to see in the nearby area. When a couple of minor issues arose during our stay, Igor was super responsive and resolved these immediately. The pool is amazing, and we enjoyed that every day. The place is well stocked for cooking in, and there are restaurants in nearby towns - though these do require a car to reach easily. It was great to stay in a 'trullo'-style accommodation in the area that is so famous for these houses. I hope Angelo's plan to expand the place to accommodate more people will happen as I would love to organize it for a larger group of friends. I would definitely return to stay here again in lovely Puglia - it was a very comfortable place and an ideal base to explore the region. Grazie mille, Angelo!

Quaint farmhouse next to old monastery walls with a great garden in a beautiful outskirts. Edoardo is super helpful and friendly. If it is very cold, inadequately heatable, then warm things and hot water bottles are recommended. Strong gas stove, cooking is super fast.

I got what I expected, an exceptional quiet place with a beautiful view. I don't need much to live, so I was fully satisfied with the accommodation. Simple and clean. Unfortunately, I don't speak Italian so I couldn't talk much with Matteo. It's a very interesting place, I fully recommend coming to check it out.
