Monthly Rentals in Margate

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s. The surroundings were peaceful and very pretty. The home was spacious, exceptionally clean and had everything we could have wanted. Although we didn’t really use the kitchen, it was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Kathy suggested some nearby restaurants that we visited and enjoyed our meals. It was a pleasurable stay and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The house was very sweet and perfect for the four of us. Patricia was very responsive throughout and communicated clearly. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

We stayed at Sam’s place for four weeks and we couldn’t have asked for a better airbnb! It was so peaceful and quiet, located in a dead end street with no thru traffic. Only about 6 mins to Kensington where you have your groceries, gas station and coffee shop. The house itself was very cozy and had everything and more. So many little details, especially the kitchen and the bathroom were very well equipped! The fireplace was a great plus this time of the year! Cavendish beach was just about 20 mins away, 15 mins to Summerside and about 40 mins to Charlottetown. Sam and Zac were always extremely quick to respond when we had questions. We highly recommend this little piece of heaven! 5* :-)

Our stay at The Rancher was amazing! Stephanie is a great host and was always responsive to all our messages. The place is quite clean and very well furnished with vintage furniture and all the amenities you can think of are in the proper spots. Highly recommend this place!
