Tarunpreet is incredibly warm and welcoming. Even before booking the place, I had quite a few questions, and she patiently answered all of them. We arrived late at night, but thanks to her clear guidance on how to get there and check in, everything was smooth and hassle-free. She even stayed in touch to make sure we were settled in comfortably and recommended some great restaurants and experiences. The place itself is clean, cozy, and tucked away in a peaceful spot — perfect for unwinding. Despite being nestled away, we had no trouble finding cabs or getting around, and everything we needed was still nearby. It truly felt like the best of both worlds. Goa is all about experience, and our stay at Niloy's abode was just like our second home. Everything clean fresh and homely. Location is awesome, it's peaceful yet well connected with the world. Niloy had been extremely helpful everywhere you can ever imagine. Very comfortable very safe and very well maintained. loved every moment spent there and looking forward to many more stays with Niloy. Located in one of the most happening places is goa yet peaceful. You name it and it's there all around. Will recommend long stays to really understand the people and culture of this fantastic place. Extremely happy and satisfied for everything.

The host was so helpful and friendly. The room was really nice, clean, and comfortable. When we noticed there was no mixer grinder in the flat, he immediately arranged a new one for us. Super market, wine shops and other basic amenities are easily available at a walkable distance. I would highly recommend this place.

This modern stay is brilliantly themed ,had a great time here at this thoughtfully put together place .The host made us feel like home .It had all the amenities and more than that necessary for my 3-day stay.The host took time for explaining me things and guided me for everything (local recommendations ).Everything was well arranged and neat.The mood lights and Alexa was - icing on the cake .Would highly reccomend this

Nishant's ocean themed, condo is charmingly decorated, The place is spacious and comfortable, well kept and clean and tidy. Nishant and his staff are super helpful. The society is well managed and the pool was clean and well maintained. The place is located , in a safe quite and peaceful area, also at walkable distance from the beach , and also all the hip and happening place easy to reach like ,Hilltop and Darling's Bar. Had a great time with my girl gang. Definitely coming here next time soon. Highly recommend!!!

We had a very good stay at this property. It has a wonderful location, with nearby cafes, restaurants and shops for all basic amenities. Check in was very simple. The house has just about everything that one needs for a short stay. Though we hardly needed any assistance, Meera was very prompt in responding. Would highly recommend and would love to visit again.
