This place was everything an Airbnb should be. I was in constant contact with the host who always checked on me to make sure i was okay. Extremely clean. Felt very safe behind the gate of the home. The projector was amazing with tons and tons of options on the firestick. Easy to order food and amazon packages. I would stay here again any day. I was honestly sad to leave after my month was up. I will always remember this cute little place as a staple that contributed to my settling in LA! THEE perfect place!!

As someone who resides in Southern California I can say without qualification that Ben's listing is located in one of the best corridors of westside los angeles. You have all the great access to santa monica beaches, Brentwood restaurants, etc, yet this quaint listing is located on a nice quiet tree-lined section of santa monica that is safely tucked away providing the best of both worlds. Though mere blocks away from social amenities, you're nevertheless at a comfortable quiet distance away, with easy parking due to the parking pass provided by host. Once inside, this great unit has all the essentials needed for solo or duo travellers. Comfy bed clad with quality comforter, frosty AC unit. Brand new bathroom with spacious/gorgeous shower containing duo shower-heads. The host leaves thoughtful snacks to help you settle in. Seamless check-in. The whole kit & caboodle. This unit is a decisive WIN for any party of 1 or 2 people (more than 2 might be pushing it).

Nicole is an unbelievable host. she gets back to you immediately and sends someone right over if something needs to be fixed. the kitchen has almost everything you would need if you are using the kitchen. very well maintained property. it was perfect for us and was very cool about our dog

The apartment is exactly like the photos and descriptions were listed. Jennifer is super friendly and flexible let us check in little early around noon. When we arrived the place is clean and neat, had very clear instructions printed out for us. We stayed little over one month and really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended to the everyone. Thanks to Jennifer who really went beyond the expectations to make sure everything worked smoothly! Thank you again! Katherine & family
