House was very cozy and fully stocked with everything we needed! Plenty of towels to use was a huge plus for us since we were constantly at the beach or pool. Ryan was very responsive to my questions. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

There were 4 of us adults and one child 12 years old. we spent our vacation in this beautiful house from June 8 to 14.briefly about the house inside, everything was very clean all the towels smelled clean and looked like new. the bedding was of good quality and everyone was comfortable sleeping. every room and bathroom had a nice smell. the kitchen has everything you need and everything is of good quality. The backyard also liked to eat barbecue and comfortable furniture. Separate plus for a refrigerator outside is very convenient. to walk to the beach for about a minute. It is difficult to write a review of the stay at Coco-hut, given the very, very unique nature of this property. We were there to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and it was a perfect place to be in nature and away from others for the four days we were there. The house was very nice and comfortable and the beach & hot tub were perfect. The sunsets were (as advertised) amazing. In short, we had no complaints about the house or the area. The only complaint my wife and I had was that the owner, Ray, after booking sent over an email with 5 PDF attachments. 3 were helpful details on the visit and welcomes. One was a rather threatening 17-page PDF on all the things that you can be "charged" for if you do not do correctly. The last was a 5-page legal rental agreement that he required signature in advance on. During visit, we had some minor issues and Ray was very condescending to us. The Lemonheads had a great song that we kept thinking of during our stay, "It's a shame about Ray." ;-(

We spend two happy and relaxed weeks in Angelika‘s house. The location is perfectly located among nature, parks, beaches and great shopping opportunities though a own car is highly recommended. Thank you Angelika! Dita & Franz, Switzerland

What an incredible house—spacious and modern—plenty of room for our 10 guests. Steps to the beach with chairs and floats available for use! Quick walk to restaurants. We will definitely be back next year!!

Absolutely stunning! This is a super clean, functional, newly renovated, waterfront property. We would have loved to extend our stay and enjoy the home even longer. The neighbors were friendly and the street was very quiet. We traveled with our dog and it was very accommodating. Thanks again for hosting us, we’ll be back.

Kellie's place "The Aqua Oasis" was everything we were looking for. It was bright, clean, comfortable, well decorated, spacious, stocked well, and only 10 min or less to the beautiful and tranquil waters of the Gulf. The pool was nice to take a dip in and the fact that she accepts pets is great for us canine owners! Also, Kellie was a very prompt communicator which was appreciated when we needed her. If I'm ever back in the Englewood area, I'll definitely stay again.

The unit was spotless and Deborah responded within seconds with any questions or information we needed for our stay. There was even bowls and mat for our dog. I would definitely book this unit again.

Great location, very close to the beach. Has big covered parking under the house so you can park jet skis or boat there. Will stay again

Place was easy to find. Parking was convenient. Located near downtown Englewood. A very easy walk to coffee shops, local restaurants, a small public park and other amenities. A Publix is located nearby and the drive is relatively short to I-75 and the other larger cities in the vicinity. The unit was homey, comfortable and relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and I did not feel any sort of danger or suspicion at all.

This was a wonderful day. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and the extra clean home.. the place match the pictures and even better! There were extra towels and linens provided which we appreciated.

Natalie and David are great hosts! Very quick response time and very accomodating. Their condo is updated, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bridge to Manasota Key is about 5 minutes away. Blind Pass is less than 15 minutes but there is another beach 2 minutes from the bridge. Publix, 711, Aldi (coming soon), Taco Bell, McDonalds, Mama's Italian Restaurant (don't skip this place!), Starbucks, Marco's, Walmart, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and plenty more are all within a 5-7 minute drive. This is a prime location but set back from the main road so you aren't subjected to the sounds of traffic all day. The condo is in a quiet little complex with a big pool and lots of seating/umbrellas. The screened in porch at the condo is big with a table and plenty of seating and had a slider to the master suite. We loved spending our nights out there with snacks just enjoying the weather. David and Natalie's Palm Manor Home - highly recommend!

Loved this location! Easy access to all water types... gulf ocean, Lemon Bay, and a nice pool. Walking distance to several great restaurants including one with live music every night. Great place and a very friendly, communicative host. Will happily stay there again.

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!
