Vacation rentals with lake access in Manasota Key

This was our second stay at this beautiful house, having stayed on side “A” during our first visit and side “B” this time. Our family of four stayed in one side, while our friends and their three children occupied the other side. The layout is just perfect for us. The pool is spacious, and although a compressor malfunctioned, it was promptly repaired the following day, ensuring the water stayed comfortably heated through the week. The house is ideally located right on the canal, which was a dream come true for our fishing-enthusiast boys. I brought my paddleboard and spent every day peacefully paddling down the canal and into the bay. We were also lucky enough to have access to one of our family’s boats, which we kept in the slip right by the house. It was so convenient to hop in and take the boat out to the beach or explore the bay. The host has thoughtfully stocked the house with everything you might need. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers, and plenty of kitchen items.

We are very sad to leave this beautiful town. It will be hard to go back to ice and snow. We had wonderful weather, the house was great and Greg responded immediately to questions we had and did everything he could to make everything good. We hope to be back.

This house was spotless, organized and had a loaded kitchen! It is in a amazing location near the beaches and the house came loaded with beach equipment. I would love to come back. Birute was very helpful with us and responsive in timely manner Thansk for all!

House is cozy and lovely. You just want to stay longer. Very peaceful place with beautiful beaches around, delicious restaurants and just enjoy relaxing time with family or by yourself. Thank you Sandee and Steve, you are very kind and generous people!

First off James and his co-host were very responsive and helpful. The place was just what we needed for our surprise family visit. Perfect for a couple and close to Mineral Hot Springs.

WOW. This little gem gave us the peaceful, relaxing, & pampered vacation we needed. Beautiful home with all amenities you could need, crystal clean pool at the perfect temp, and surrounded by nature, which awed us every day. Daniel was the perfect host, communicative and accommodating to special needs. The location was a stones throw from anything you could need. Fav restaurants we found were Sharky's, Dockide, and Peach's. Amazing stay, we are already looking at dates for our next stay at this tucked away beauty! Cannot wait to visit again!!!!!

If you’re looking for the perfect Airbnb for fishermen and vacationers are alike, this is it. This Home is elegant and extremely clean. The host are responsive and so sweet and kind. It has everything you can need , and it’s in the perfect location. We loved relaxing and watching the rain in the Florida room. We really enjoyed all the nature outside and fishing from the dock so many memories were made with our family here.

I had a great stay. I appreciated the access to the pool which I enjoyed each day.

Bea’s place was nice and accommodating. The condo was clean, just as described, and stocked with supplies, except extra toilet paper. Bea was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The pool is ok and clean, but the area is nothing fancy. If you are seeking a clean, safe place for a getaway, this place is great!

Doris stay was absolutely amazing, not only was the stay exactly how it was pictured in the photos. The stay was absolutely impeccable. Doris knew it was out anniversary and was also flexible with our check in. The patio had a beautiful view of the lake and the sunrise/sunset. The community is quiet and respectful. The restaurants nearby were all 10/10 and the beach with traffic was only 12 minutes away. We spent from 10:30am until 2:30pm at the beach. Got back to our stay that had an amazing a/c unit by the way and she also let us bring our fur babies. She is absolutely amazing and we will certainly be back!

Great place to stay. Very friendly and helpful. Easy to talk to and to get ahold of. Stores are very close if you need something but you are still out of the busy city traffic. Beautiful beach area, not crowded with people. A lot of shells and shark teeth on both sides of the beach area. One side is calm and the other has waves obviously but if it is too much for kids you can walk to the other side where the outlet/inlet is and it is very calm.

Dez was a great host. He bent over backwards to make us very comfortable.

The condo was perfectly located nearby a shopping center with lots of restaurants, also close by to an amazing farmers market, and 5 minutes away from the beach, the actual house was perfect in a quiet neighborhood, with great view from the balcony, very pleased with our stay would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

Clean, comfortable unit. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom had a generous supply of plush towels. Danil and David were great to work with. I would return again.

Very pleasant and peaceful property. I loved the place. very comfortable beds ,linens, and pillows. I used a kayak and the firepit every day I was there. Very close to the Peace river and tours. Definitely would recommend to friends and I'll be back.

We had a good stay. It was convenient for us and easy access to Sarasota. We took a nice walk at the nearby celery fields park.
