Freestone Cabin

This spot is totally stunning, it was hard to leave. The cabins are the perfect amount of comfort and rustic. Jaclyn and Warren went above and beyond for us when we realized (on the day) we had booked the wrong weekend - they still fit us in and allowed for a very late check-in no fuss. The bath experience was divine - you can't get much better than sitting in a steaming hot bath while sipping beer and star gazing with epic mountain backdrops. We will definitely be back!

Manapouri - self catering sparkling clean

TizianaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
I spent five wonderful days at Ian and Sonya’s place and felt instantly at home. The Airbnb was spotless and cozy, and you can really tell that Sonya takes great care of it, cleaning everything herself. I was welcomed with a lovely breakfast, complete with honey that Ian and Sonya make themselves. Sonya gave me great advice on what to do during my stay in Manapouri, and I thoroughly enjoyed both the time spent outdoors and indoors. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb, and if I ever come back to New Zealand, I would love to stay here again.

Cedar 4 bedroom home TeAnau

LynaeRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Had a great stay at Dwayne’s home! He and Tina were very quick to respond, allowed us to checkin a little early as the home was ready. They also quickly got back to us the night before checkout when we asked to add an extra day to our stay. Very friendly and accommodating! The house was even more spacious than it showed in the photos. Our four kids were happy to spread out and it was so nice to have the three bathrooms as well. Easy to find the home and it was a great Te Anau base location for our trips to Milford, Doubtful and the Glowworm Caves. Nice walk to the lake and very close walk to the town center. Several restaurants were open even in June, but the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals at home. Helpful to have washer/dryer available after the kids had some river exploring adventures. Played cards and monopoly (provided) several evenings. The stars were beautiful from the back porch! Highly recommend! We hope to come visit and stay again!
