Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Malvern East

It was a home away from home. We grew to love the place with the natural lighting, heated floors, piano/keyboard and the deli round the corner. Raymond was also excellent in responding to our queries.

What a great place to stay, the renovations are amazing. It had everything you need and more. We also loved that you were so close to restaurants, chemist and grocery stores. Definitely recommend.

Tash was a most wonderful host. The place was so neat and clean and amply stocked for what was a most comfortable stay. Tash was responsive, helpful and always available. It was no less than hotel quality comfort and amenities with the added advantage of a personal touch and homely atmosphere. Truly a superhost! Our best wishes and high recommendation.

Loved spending the weekend here. Beautiful home, very cozy, with everything you need, and such a quick walk to everything (although its almost better to stay inside by the fire). The hosts are super responsive, very helpful and flexible! Would definitely stay again if I’m in town.

We had an amazing stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Melbourne! The apartment comes fully equipped with crockery and kitchen essentials making it a breeze for us to prepare our meals especially for our baby. Also, the place was well maintained and clean which is something we highly appreciate! Lastly, the private parking provided makes it convenient for us to park out rental car for free! This was our second stay with Ben and Murray. The location is amazing, the apartment is clean, and quiet, even though you’re so close to the bustle of South Yarra. We always have such a good night’s sleep! Ben and Murray are helpful and respond very quickly to any communication, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Melbourne.

Absolutely fantastic stay. The welcome was up there with the best I ever had. Deb’s husband graciously welcomed us and was flexible about our timing. The position is second to none. Although being right in the heart of restaurants , cafes and walking distance to the beach, it was quiet. We were welcomed with champagne, chips and chocolates and plenty to make breakfast the next morning. The kitchen is perfectly appointed for those who like to cook. Also a myky card - which is super helpful (don’t forget not to leave it in the red!) We felt able to contact our hosts at anytime. All round great stay.

From the moment we arrived, Nicola was an absolute gem of a host! As newcomers to Australia, we couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome. Nicola’s kindness and hospitality made us feel not just comfortable, but truly at home in a new country. What really touched us were the thoughtful touches — the handwritten notes and “Mike cards” (so cute!) added such a personal and heartfelt vibe to our stay. It’s rare to find a host who goes above and beyond like Nicola did — offering guidance, local tips, and genuine care throughout our visit. The space itself was spotless, beautifully set up, and incredibly cozy — a perfect blend of comfort and charm. Jillian's space was thoughtful and well set out. Such quiet surrounds for city living. Park just down the street for beautiful walks with special directions from the hostess for the best views. Wonderfully modern bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom with the biggest shower you will ever find. Would recommend and definitely request to stay again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless – very clean and tidy throughout, which made it super comfortable. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The host was exceptional – clear and consistent with communication, and all instructions were easy to follow. They were also incredibly hospitable and flexible, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Sheryl is the best host I have dealt with this far. She replies to you within minutes which I have found other hosts can take up to 6-7 hours to reply. Her place was the cleanest I’ve stayed at this far. To sum it up there’s nothing I could complain about at all. The property was great actually the outdoor area was better and bigger than it looked in the pics. Great place with a great host.

The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD.
