Absolutely incredible stay, especially with it being so short. Having private parking was a huge plus (first time I’ve used a car elevator). Being right on the beach was everything to me, and I appreciate how attentive Alberto was.

It was a very nice stay. The bus stop is right outside the door and you can get to the center perfectly. The beach is a few minutes' walk away and there is a supermarket right outside the door. The room was very clean and was furnished with a lot of love

The AirBnb was great! Everything very clean, easy access via mobile phone (electronic lock), super clean, close to the beach! Only at night the area is not so safe, there are many drunk/drugged people or homeless people. We were 2 girls and then just took an Uber at night. So you have to be a little careful, but then it's not a problem! :)))

Nothing to complain about. You get what you see, and that for a very good price in a top location. Highly recommended.

Great host, very clean apartment! Maria responds quickly to questions. I was there with my two daughters, 7 and 9 years old. Good gastronomy is (mostly) within walking distance! There is no subway connection. The city can be reached by bus or, as we had, by car in 20 minutes. Large supermarket 1 km away. There are no souvenirs or other shopping options, but if you want that, you go to the city anyway. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. Almost everything is available in the apartment (parasol for the beach, beach towels, washing machine, etc.). Hand washing is required for the dishes, there is no dishwasher. However, dishwashing utensils are also provided. Upon entering the apartment for the first time, we immediately felt comfortable! We were thoroughly satisfied, would definitely come back anytime 🥰👍

Solana was very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was central, nicely decorated, with a well equipped kitchen. I would like to stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay at Vicente’s apartment. He personally welcomed us upon arrival, explained everything in detail, and was always available if we had any questions. The apartment is a spacious three-room flat, fully equipped with everything we needed—and even more. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach and public transport stops. Unlike the city center, which can get very hot in summer, we enjoyed a refreshing sea breeze throughout our stay. On weekends, you can hear loud music from the promenade, but it didn’t bother us at all. We definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Valencia!

Artem was a great host, extremely quick to reply and super friendly. The place is comfortable and we had a great stay. The location makes it easy to walk to all kinds of nice spots, such as restaurants and places to go. The old centre is a 30 minute walk, which is also nice! Perfect apartment in Valencia! 10min on foot to the beach. It's a quiet neighbourhood and the apartment is really lovely. It has everything you need and it's very clean. It was situated 15min walk to the beach & 25mins walk to the new town & 5min walk to the metro. Amazing apartment & the kids loved the fact it had a pool plus there was a park right across the road. Would definitely recommend.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
