Apartment vacation rentals in Malvarrosa beach

This is the 2nd property of Loly’s we booked in a span of 2 weeks and it is exactly as described in the listing. The home is in very close proximity (5min walk) to the beach, fitness center, bus stops, super market and many nice cafés/restaurants along the beach. The apartment on the 3rd floor is stunning and spacious with a beautiful balcony and having views of the ocean from different rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and great for a group staying for a longer duration as well. Host, Loly is very prompt with her communication, helpful and provides good guidance. And a special mention to her local friend Lara who was super helpful and prompt with sightseeing and restaurant selections

Jamie was very help-full and informative. As expected for 5star host. Property located in (looks like) apart hotel with large nice entry hall. Two small convenience shops located on ground floor, plenty cafe/ice cream shops/restaurants in short distance. I won’t mention the beach and the sea - they are 2 min from the property and beautiful view from property balcony adds more while you having breakfast/lunch/coffee. Definitely consider to contact Jamie next visit to beautiful València

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür und man gelangt perfekt ins Zentrum. Der Strand ist wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und es gibt einen Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde mir viel Liebe eingerichtet

Das AirBnb war super! Alles sehr sauber, leichter Zugang übers Handy (elektronisches Schloss), super sauber, in der Nähe des Strands! Nur in der Nacht ist die Gegend nicht so sicher, es gibt viele Betrunkene/unter Drogen stehende Leute bzw. Obdachlose. Wir waren 2 Mädels und sind dann halt in der Nacht Uber gefahren. Man muss also schon ein bisschen aufpassen, aber dann ist es kein Problem! :)))

Fantastic location for the beach, and very easy to get into town. The flat is spacious and has a great communal space. Inés was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

Niks op aantemerken. Je krijgt wat je ziet, en dat voor een hele goede prijs op een top locatie. Zeker een aanrader.

Tolle Gastgeberin, sehr saubere Wohnung! Auf Fragen reagiert Maria schnell. Ich war mit meinen beiden Töchtern, 7 u. 9 Jahre dort. Fußläufig ist (überwiegend) gute Gastronomie erreichbar! Es existiert keine U-Bahn Anbindung. Die Stadt ist per Bus oder, wie wir hatten, mit dem Auto in 20min erreichbar. Großer Supermarkt in 1km Entfernung erreichbar. Souvenir o. sonstige Shopping Möglichkeiten gibt es nicht, will man das, geht man aber sowieso in die Stadt. Der Strand ist schön und nie überfüllt. Es ist nahezu alles in der Wohnung vorhanden (Sonnenschirm für den Strand, Strandtücher, Waschmaschine,…). Für das Geschirr ist Handspülen angesagt, es ist keine Spülmaschine vorhanden. Spülutensilien sind jedoch auch vorhanden. Beim 1. Eintritt in die Wohnung fühlten wir uns sofort wohl! Wir waren durch und durch sehr zufrieden, jederzeit unbedingt wieder 🥰👍

De lo mejor! Por mucho uno de los mejores lugares que hemos visitado. Gran ubicacion, centrica pero tranquila. Super limpio y comodo. Carles es un grande.

Lovely apartment, situated between Barrio del Carmen and the City of Arts and Sciences. Lots of restaurants nearby, easy to get to interesting places. The 2 bed 2 bath apartment is modern and clean. All the appliances work, the doors close with no squeaks or groans. All in all a great stay. The outside/upstairs deck is very nice as well. We would easily return

La casa es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, muy amplia y bonita. El acceso muy fácil y Tatiana responde a los mensajes con mucha rapidez. Sin duda un acierto alojarse en su casa.

We were very happy with our stay at Vicente’s apartment. He personally welcomed us upon arrival, explained everything in detail, and was always available if we had any questions. The apartment is a spacious three-room flat, fully equipped with everything we needed—and even more. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach and public transport stops. Unlike the city center, which can get very hot in summer, we enjoyed a refreshing sea breeze throughout our stay. On weekends, you can hear loud music from the promenade, but it didn’t bother us at all. We definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Valencia!

Een prima modern appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt in 10 minuten lopen van de zee. Naar de stad iets langer maar met een fiets via haven een leuke tocht. Buurt is niet chique maar heb me geen moment onveilig gevoeld. Het enige nadeel is dat het appartement is wel gehorig is. Het pluspunt is dat je buiten kunt zitten in een grappig patiootje. Dat zie je niet vaak in een grote stad! Dankjewel Enrique voor het fijne verblijf en je snelle en efficiënte communicatie!

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

El departamenro de Justo fue amor a primera vista y no defraudo. Ademas de todas las comodidades q ofrece tiene un piano en la sala que para cualquier aficionado (como es el caso de nuestra familia) fue un plus. Justo es muy abierto y bondadoso con su espacio, comparte su hogar y sus bienes como si sus huespedes fueran familia. Te deja su musica, sus libros, sus bebidas con total confianza. Nos recibio con un aperitivo al llegar y estuvo en contacto previo a cada momento. El departamento tiene aire acondicionado en cada ambiente, ban̈os completo en cada habitacion. Lavadora, lavavajilla. Te deja elementos de playa, espacio en sus placares. Tiene agua filtrada en el grifo q parece una pavada pero resuelve enormemente la logística diaria. Se encuentra a distancia a pie de la Ciudad de la Ciencias y el Parque Gulliver. En fin, sin duda lo recomiendo y volveria (es cierto q tiene un tema de olor al accionar el ban̈o principal pero me temo que q un tema generalizado de Valencia y no propio)

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

Our stay was wonderful- meeting Maria was like meeting family! She took the time to tell us about the best of Valencia - it was an exceptional experience. Thank you and we hope to return

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!

Mijn vriendinnen en ik hebben hier super fijn mogen verblijven. Het was groot, het is ruim, modern en heel schoon. Met de uber was alles makkelijk te bereiken. Het is een super mooie Airbnb :)
