Monthly Rentals in Maliaño

The stay was wonderful. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos (the bathroom is better than in the photo) and is very clean, it looks brand new, it is tastefully decorated and everything is top quality. Mari has been lovely from the beginning, very friendly and helpful and recommending many things to do, the apartment is very close to Santander and several beaches and that is fantastic, in short a 10, we will repeat.

Beautiful apartment, newly renovated. Too bad it's in an area where it's impossible to park nearby. Loading and unloading is also a hassle because the street has no parking. It doesn't have an elevator, so keep that in mind when taking things up the stairs.

I spent one month in Esther's flat, and I'm happy with my experience. First, Esther is very friendly, gave me great recommendations for places and villages to visit in the area, and where to buy some specific products I needed, and she was texting from time to time if I need anything or if I feel comfortable in the flat. I felt comfortable in the flat. It is spacious, well equiped, modern design and equipemts, the bed is comfortable, the windows help with outside noise insulation, and the flat keeps a good temperature inside. There are several supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants at few minutes walk. There is a mall and premium cinema in the town at 20min walk; and a sport club at 10min. The bus station is at 1min walking from the flat and the train station at 7min. It is easy to go to Santander, and well connected to villages and towns if you want to be in nature, hike, or discover the region.

javier's place is as described, we were at home, Javier was aware that everything was to our liking, recommended us based on what we were looking for, and he treated us very well. Despite not being Santander downtown, which was what we would have wanted, it is a charming town, and very well connected to the city. we will certainly repeat
