Everything you need is few steps away from house - market, shops, restaurants,bakery.. This house contain 2 comfortably furnished apartments for 12 people. The house has separate entrance from the street into garden and open terrace with heated pool and outdoor fireplace, where you can enjoy day and night.

Apartment with seaview only 100m from the beach

Very cosy apartment-studio only 100 meters from the beach big balcony with seaview. Medium sized, 2nd floor, two bedrooms(two double beds) each with AC and two bathrooms. Small but equiped kitchen with stove, water kettle and microvawe, coffee machine, frying pans, etc.. IMPORTANT(15.06.-15.09.) Parking in front of the house is free, but it is public and not reserved, so if on move with a car it is advisable to park on private parking lot only 3 min from the house FREE OF CHARGE for my guests.

Remote holiday home directly by the sea!

Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!

Makarska old town center

The apartment is located in the centre of Makarska old town, only 20m from the main square. It is part of an old house on the second floor (second and third). On the first level there is a kitchen and living space with a bathroom, while on the second levle there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. With two double bedrooms on the floor, it is possible to open a sofa and turn it into a third double bed in the living room. A nearby private garage place is available for one car.

The lovely apartment for 2+2 persons on the third floor, 50 m2 , two separated rooms connected , there is the pass by the door from the first one to the second one. The first one with the queen size bed, the second one with the sofa bed in the living room , one bathroom, big kitchen well equipped with eating place, wash machine, dishes washer, sat tv, wifi, air conditioned, the large terrace with the magnificent view and facing the sea, free parking place.

Studio apartment located on the 2nd floor of the family home suitable for 2 people, equipped with AC,kitchenette,and WiFi. Parking place is povided. There is no washing machine in the apartment, but you are free to wash your clothes in the laundry room in the house. Please note we are in the city centre so it can be little noisy.
