The apartment is situated in a quiet, attractive residential area of Split. It is placed on the south side slopes of Marjan hill, only 5 min walk from the old town, Diocletian's palace and Riva city's main promenade, where you can find all the restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. 20 min walk to the ferry port and the main bus terminal. Large terrace is looking over the sea, islands, yacht marina, and the old town. You can just sit back and relax, watching ships coming and leaving the harbor.

The apartment is located in an old, elite, quiet part of town, along the beaches. It’s situated a twenty-minute walk from the port, city center and Diocletian’s palace. It is close to well-known restaurants, tennis courts, marina and promenade along It's renovated and has good heating and parking space. Cozy old town studio apartment in Split close to Diocletian's Palace, shopping and restaurants. A perfect crash pad for tourists or city regulars. The place provides the oppurtunity to enjoy the range of cultural sights whilst also having a quiet and cozy retreat to recharge. You have your own entrance but since the building is also home to other people, we therefore ask not to party on the premisis. Then again - everything you need is right outside the door.

Guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 1 min from city center, 2 min from Marjan forest park. Harbour is only 5 mins walk for visiting islands. Apartment is finished in 2022. Everything is brand new. In one bedroom there is king size bed and another is two single beds.
