Condo vacation rentals in Madison

This property worked out perfectly for us. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was just as described. We came with our bicycles and the local bike shop has routes published that either come right past the property or can easily be accessed from the front door. Lake Geneva is an easy 4 mile ride and you can extend from there. The Lake Geneva Shore Path is a short walk south…we went east and the houses and gardens along the lake are impressive. So the location of this Airbnb was ideal!

Their suite was perfect for our mini vacation and is close to other activities and attractions in the Dells. Waterpark wristbands were included in the reservation for the Wilderness Resort parks and was just a short walk to the waterparks through the skywalk. We will definitely come back for another trip soon!!

We had an amazing stay! The house was absolutely perfect—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. The game room was a highlight and provided hours of fun for everyone. The location was convenient and made our trip to Madison even better. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next visit. Highly recommend!

Our stay was perfect- beautiful villa right on the harbor the view and patio were amazing. The Villa was perfect for our family with enough room for all of us 4 adults and our 2 grandchildren. The Villa location was fantastic for quick walk outside or staying in on the patio, loved that the Villa had washer & dryer in unit and a small fan in each bedroom. The Villa was organized and well stocked with everything we needed I highly recommend this Villa for your Lake Geneva getaway. We will definitely return!

We have stayed at this resort before but I will never book through the hotel again! I would book this rental every single year on Mother’s Day weekend. The unit was extremely clean and decorated beautifully! Love the little touches they add - like a real coffee pot and supply a container of Starbucks coffee, filters, cream and sugar and of course coffee cups. It was easy to get into the unit with the keypad. Love not having to carry a key - also loved NOT having to check in at the front desk. Saved us so much time! We also do not use the water park when we go there so I love not having to pay for them. When you book thru the hotel you pay the resort fee. Fabiola and Andrius - thank you so much for offering this unit for rent. I will definitely book it again! Only thing is could use a bigger TV - hard to see from Sofa. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Welcome Lake Geneva. The house had everything we could have needed. The hosts were extremely responsive and informative. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the golf cart worked well. The kid's room even had toys, books, and other thoughtful items. We loved the area. The house was in a complex at the end of a street, and was extremely quiet/peaceful. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Family has been camping nearby at the Holiday Shores Camp ground, which is roughly 2 miles from the Condo. My friend and I decided to bring our fur babies this year which meant we could not stay in the cabins at the campground so we sought out someplace close, convenient, and not too expensive. We HIT the jackpot staying here. Our GPS (Waze) took us right to the location. After entering the unit, we were blown away by how cute the condo was. A spacious bathroom, 2 very comfortable beds, and all the amenities one could imagine. They even supplied the coffee, creamer and sugar for the Keurig. The stove is a glass top which took a minute to get used to. The best part of the condo was that we were on the main floor and the back patio door opened up to birds singing in the morning and an orchestra of frogs and katydids belting out their calls in the evening. The area felt safe and our pups enjoyed their morning and evening walks along the golf course. We will definitely be back again!

We were surprised how spacious the apartment was. Check in was super easy. Kitchen could use a few more pots and pans. Location is great, close to main street with coffee shop and stores and only a short drive away from Devil's Lake. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was as described/pictured. The condo area is quieter but not too far from the water park which was packed with families on spring break. The hot tub near the condo was nice and never crowded. We like that Chula Vista is more relaxed than some of the other water parks. The kids love it and are already begging to go back.

John and his wife had great hospitality! They greeted us when we walked in and truly welcomed us to the area. The unit was well equipped, and is capable of handling several people for sleeping accommodations.. fantastic location and accessible to lots of restaurants, etc.

Joan's daughter, Rebekah, communicated directly with me through the Airbnb app. She provided detailed check-in instructions, a phone number to contact her, etc. It seems Rebekah lives in Hawaii so please keep note of that for response times, etc. The house was comfortable, very clean, and well-appointed. Joan and Rebekah have a beautiful collection of original art, artifacts, etc. so please keep that in mind if you are bringing small children to the home. Please note that the 1st floor bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom; and the lower level has 2 twin beds in the open area, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed in the first bedroom, and 1 full bed and 1 futon in the second bedroom (including a full laundry and utility room in a closed room).

Great condo, lots of space, comfy beds, 3 bathrooms, many board games to play, everything as advertised. Very comfortable place to stay, and Beth was excellent - very responsive. Would stay again.

Was able to text John directly and had great communication and responded quickly. Also had missed booked the weekend and he was able to get it switched to the right weekend and was on top of it very professional.

Great location for a short getaway (1-2 days). The best part was being right on the lake and having great views right outside the window.

This was a great stay! The condo was so cute, cozy, and clean. David has seen to everything to make the stay comfortable. The hide-a-bed was so comfortable, I asked him where he got it! Very nice patio where you can see the lake. You can also walk down to the lake or take a walk around it. A sand crane came up on the patio one morning which was awesome. It was a girls weekend. We felt very safe. You can walk to two restaurants, The French Country Inn and Mars (a 100 year old establishment, very charming). On Friday night, we ate at the French Country Inn and got to watch the fireworks across the lake from the Grand Geneva. Lake Geneva is a 10 minute drive. I highly recommend this place. We had such a nice time and were very happy with the condo and the location. In the summer there is a pool very near the condo. We may come back next summer to check that out! Or, maybe rent some kayaks. Thanks for a great stay, David! We will be back.

Lively apartment, beautiful area, attentive host. Place was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. Could hear the neighbors from upstairs. Didn’t bother me, but if you are not used to having neighbors it can be distracting.

This was our first vacation as a family with a 5 and 3 year old. Our neighbors were lovely. The beach was a great addition. The place was pristine and exactly enough for us. Perfect location close to everything and the communication leading up to the vacation was top notch. We had chilly weather but the vacation was just what we needed. Amazing view and super relaxing (even with the kids!) will definitely come back!

Clean, roomy place. Short drive to stores or walk/shuttle to resort pool/restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The only disappointment was the golf course was closed.

it was very clean !!!! beds were comfy !!!! i didn't mind walking to the pool and hot tub , but it wasn't the best when it was rainy , but the pro to that was nobody else was In there ! only thing I'd suggest in the home is to have enough couch /comfy seating for the number of people you allow to sleep there. so we could all hang out together in the living room . thank you so much!

Nice comfortable space, and a good easy location. Walking distance from the lake. Space was even larger than it looked in the pictures, and clean and comfortable.
