On The Bay is nestled within a quaint neighborhood of 100 year old lake cottages and million dollar homes. See my photo of the terrific playground right across the street. Downtown Holland is only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find trendy clothing stores, restaurants and pubs. The finest of beaches are nearby with trails at Felt Mansion near Saugatuck State Park and Sanctuary Woods County Park. Bedroom #1 is a queen bed, #2 a full bed on bottom & twin on top. A 3rd floor apartment at the top of a Victorian home just off the corner of Centennial Park. A short walk to everything downtown. From our guests: "The location couldn't have been better, and the apartment was SO spacious, with everything we needed. " "This place is great - the attic is much larger than expected from the pictures, and comfortably fit 4 of us for a weekend. I loved the cute vintage artifacts throughout the attic" "Awesome place! Mother in law suite

Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately

There is a second story porch where you can relax and watch the boats float by, and the lower level offers a large screened in porch, as well as a deck, grilling area with grill, and large firepit. Indoors offers a full kitchen, dining room, living room, 4 private bedrooms and two full baths. The place is surrounded by summer fun!
