We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Had such a lovely stay at The Hatchery! It had everything you need and more. The little things were thought about. Really nice quality bedding and towels - and plenty of them! Natalie & family were friendly and kept on top of the hot tub while we were there making sure it had the right chemical levels in etc! It’s a lovely spot for a quiet weekend, near enough to beaches but far enough from the crowds! Lovely!

The cottage was perfect for what we wanted, quiet area, cottage was beautiful inside only issues were the damp inside the windows but to be expected from an old property, had plenty of utensils for cooking, very handy to have a dishwasher and washing machine in the cottage aswell, very peaceful weekend away and hot tub was an added bonus

Amazing stay! Just what we needed after a busy Christmas. Yew Cottage is in a fantastic location and has lots to offer. We loved the hot tub and it was only a short drive to the closest beach. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a fantastic stay ☺️

The place was very clean and spacious. Ghost was very responsive same helpful when needed. I would definitely stay again.

Spacious accommodation in a peaceful setting. Great swimming pool and hot tub on site, and good off road parking. John was a welcoming host and made sure we were comfortably warm despite the bitterly cold weather outside. We didn't make use of the conservatory or garden due to it being autumn and the below freezing temperatures during our stay, but in summer those features of this Airbnb would be a great asset.

This was our second year staying at the cottage. Like last time it was a wonderful holiday and we were sad to go. That Cottage feels like a second home to all of us. And we will be coming again next year. The property is beautiful and cosy. The surrounding area makes you feel so relaxed within nature. In the mornings we were able to see a barn owl on the garden fence. If you want somewhere to relax and unwind in the country I cannot recommend The Cottage enough.

We stayed at this property for 4days and enjoyed every minute ! It was in an amazing stay and from the off we felt right at home. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, entering the property it felt warm and welcoming. The kitchen and all rooms were spotless and all beds were comfy with everyone sleeping really well. The hot tub and pool were also clean and we enjoyed both on several occasions. Katie was very helpful on a couple of questions and pointers which felt like we were being looked after. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will be booking this property very shortly for the summer!!! Wonderful stay highly recommended.*****

It was an absolutely lovely cottage. Henny checked that everything was fine after the first night and if I needed anything to make my stay there better.

What a find ! Superb accommodation set in beautiful grounds and lakes. Lush green views from every window. It was squeaky clean with fresh smelling linen and towels. Barbara and Luke were super hosts and it was obvious how much they care for their properties and grounds. We are very amateur fishermen and had lots of fun catching the small fish on maggots although it was obvious that the lakes were well stocked for those with more experience than us. No need to fish though - plenty of seats around the lakes plus patio furniture outside the accommodation, so if you are after a relaxing time away from it all I can't recommend it enough.

We stayed at Ducks Nest in February and were happy to cone again, this time in Pheasants Roost. Everything was perfect again. We'll definitely look to stop here again when coming to the east coast and highly recommend it.

Lovely shabby chic character terraced cottage. We enjoyed our stay here, nice enclosed rear garden for our dog. There is a nice tearoom a couple of doors away and lovely walking from the door and many great walks in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Louth! Karen was a fantastic host—friendly, welcoming, and full of helpful local recommendations. The house was a lovely little spot, perfectly located just a short walk from the town centre. It was a great base for our weekend of walking in the Wolds. The home was comfortable, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent host, with clear precise instructions. Great location-just a few minutes walk in to Louth centre.

The cottage has been planned and presented with excellent attention to detail. The gardens are huge and so well maintained. The gardens have lots of little 'hidden places' and quirky details that add to the whole experience. We loved the location, as it's off the beaten track but, not at the end of a dreadful dirt track but, amidst lovely open fields and with well laid access. Don't expect a million shops or restaurants in walking distance but, nice pubs and food are short drives away. Local town about 20 mins easy drive. A perfect haven for two people looking for peace and quiet.

Our stay at Thor's Garden Homestead was excellent, this charming property offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. The spacious living areas provided ample room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside. The location is ideal for exploring the local area, with easy access to scenic walks and attractions. It served as the perfect base for our visits to Lincoln Cathedral and Castle, the International Bomber Command Centre, RAF Coningsby, the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, and the nearby coast—Skegness, Sandilands, Sutton on Sea, and Mablethorpe were all within reach. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful countryside retreat with great access to both culture and coast

The cottage was perfectly clean and comfortable in a lovely, peaceful location. The adults appreciated the wine, and the kids loved their Easter eggs! The weather allowed us to enjoy the garden and the kids had fun with the toys. A perfect location for exploring local walk and bike routes.

The cottage really was beautiful and to a high spec. Loads of space, great decor, comprehensive instructions. I really think Clare has thought of everything. I would highly recommend staying here, and such beautiful countryside as well.

This was our 2nd visit and was just as good as before. Again spotless, clean, tidy and comfortable. So peaceful and quiet. Found some new places to explore, Huttoft Beach - highly recommended if you just want the beach and sea. I think Woldside Cottage will be a regular visit for a short break. Thank you Becky.
