Monthly Rentals in MABIE FOREST

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Corner Mill Cottage! So much to do in New Abbey and the surrounding local area. We visited Sweetheart Abbey and had a guided tour of the Corn Mill. One of us walked to the Waterloo Monument! Great climb. We enjoyed exploring the beaches further south and Caerlaverock castle! Annandale distillery did not disappoint and the Maltings afternoon tea amazing!

A lovely, warm cosy cottage. Extremely comfortable beds. neat kitchen with everything we needed for food preparation and cooking. Loved the wet room, bathroom. Comfortable furniture in the living room, TV had Netflix. Parking directly in front of the cottage. Our host, Allan was communicative and helpful. would definitely recommend.

Perfect stay for us and the dogs. Lovely quiet location despite being right next to the A75, even with the windows open we didn’t get disturbed. Great location for exploring D&G, and not far from Dumfries and the bigger shops if that’s what you like. House was very comfy, clean and had a great kitchen with everything you may need. We would stay here again if we were in the area. Thanks!

We had a wonderful time at Branta Cottage. It's a beautiful area with lots of places to walk and spend time in nature, and the cottage was very cosy and well stocked.
