Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes, which is located in Farsund municipality. Skipperhuset was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, among other things by wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper's house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is wall to wall with the brewery that has a renovated oven.

Good sun conditions during summer with sun from early morning to about 8pm in summer With the possibility of renting a boat in a boathouse in the garden (20 feet and 60 horsepower trailer) with access to a table, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is also a pier with a bathing ladder. The house have 2 bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The accommodation is located 4 km from the city centre of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Welcome to us! New funkieshus from 2024, with large windows, lots of sun and beautiful views of the sea. Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Towels (1 big+1 small) and bedsheets are included in the price, and beds are made on arrival. 2 parking space. There is a large terrace facing west, otherwise some of the outdoor area is still under construction.

Her er det mange sjarmerende øyer som er tilrettelagt for båtliv. Området er perfekt for fiske, bading i fjorden, turer og avslapning. Har to båter for utleie.
