Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lyneham

We enjoyed our 6 day stay and had everything we needed. The close access to the light rail was particularly good as it is a low cost frequent service (from 5 minutes to 15 minutes between trams). We ordered My Way plus cards to be sent to our home address. Great shower, comfortable bed and excellent communication. Would definitely stay again.

A great unit in a quiet and beautiful location. It was beautiful and clean, and Charles was second to none for great communication.

What a great location. We were right near the Artieral Road that took us towards any direction needed. Road works going on in the City (Civic) so was good to bypass all of that commotion. All the Siteseeing landmarks are very close, you can easily walk into Civic and Lake Burley Griffin. SOUND PROOF! Amazing!!!! We couldn't get the Fetch TV to work, but we weren't in the room much. definitely would stay again

I stayed in Monica's apartment for four weeks total for work - it was fantastic, well-equipped and had the most beautiful view over the lake. Would highly recommend staying.

Although I really only needed a place to sleep and shower, I could see how enjoyable it would be to stay there and enjoy the "spa treatment", gym and sauna etc

I felt very much at home in the apartment. It was very well appointed and comfortable. There is a beautiful view over Black Mountain. Everything was perfect and I would very much welcome the opportunity to stay there again at some point.

Beautiful and extremely comfortable unit, super clean and peaceful. Ginger is an amazing host who is very easy to communicate with and made sure that we had everything we needed. Peaceful and convenient location, an easy short walk to the local shops and cafe. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

Our stay was very comfortable, felt at home. The location of the apartment is great with beautiful views. Everything that we needed was provided for. We were thrilled to have our pet stay with us which made our get away more enjoyable. The hosts (Ivy and Kevin) were very friendly and responsive. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved our stay so much we were sad to leave! Sha and Eli have curated an exquisite experience! After a long day of work we arrived to a beautiful ambience and a gorgeous, cozy little home where we could base ourselves for a few days. They have thought of all of the creature comforts with their space is a beautiful blend of retro and modern. Ainslie Cottage is clean, close to a wonderful little set of shops and the vibe is ‘peaceful’! We will definitely be back. Thanks Sha and Eli!

Always love staying at Chris and Ivan's place. They are super responsive and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. We arrived late on the first night, and they turned on the lights and heaters for our arrival - great touch! All amenities you need, the choice of pillows is special. Highly recommend and look forward to staying with them the next time we are down in Canberra!

This place was perfect for our weekend in Canberra. William is proactive, highly responsive and goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. Tom's place was clean and comfortable,easily accommodating up to six people. It features three bathrooms and centralized air conditioning. Shops are a five-minute drive away. I highly recommend staying there.

We chose Mark and Sarah's place for its location and because as 4 adults we need two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Mark greeted us and showed us around the Garden Cottage. The kitchen was modern, clean and well stocked with everything you need for a home away from home. The place was sparkling clean, comfortable beds and quality linen. We asked Mark for a restaurant recommendation, and they sent us to the White Chaco advising that we book which we did. The food was amazing as they suggested. As a tourist to Canberra, it's not something you would find - only the local know about it. The cottage was well airconditioned for a Canberra winter and we were nice and cosy in the cottage. Easy cycling to the lake which is what we wanted. Mark and Sarah were great at communication - they were everything you expect when booking a quality Airbnb. My wife and I stayed here with my parents for three weeks and had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. Aaron was an excellent host, very responsive and accommodating from start to finish. The apartment was clean, quiet, and incredibly well stocked with all the essentials you don’t want to worry about on vacation, like garbage bags, dishwasher pods, and hand soap. We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit, both of which worked great. The internet was fast and reliable the whole time we were there. The building itself was very quiet, which made for great sleep all around. And the location in Barton is fantastic! Safe and peaceful, but still within easy walking distance of Parliament House and numerous museums. There’s a small grocery store right across the street, plus plenty of cafes nearby for a morning coffee run. All in all, we’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is one of the very best. Everything works, is in the right place and is spotlessly clean. I couldn't be more at home if I was at home. And, it's pet friendly. Ideal location and close to everything I needed, parking under the building was safe and accessible, swimming pool and balcony ideal to relax while home. Block out blinds and quiet location despite close to a busy intersection. Good size Bathroom, bed and breakfast ideal for my needs. Able to enter and leave feeling safe and secure without taking the car. Any questions answered immediately and communication clear. Would like to return and enjoy such an ideal accommodation location and experience. 100% positive feedback. Congratulations and thank you Lynn.
