Great place to stay in Anzio!

It was a perfect and relaxing weekend! Clean and cozy house, the garden then totally fenced and well-kept allowed our labrador to run and play in absolute safety. Mrs. Graziella was very kind right away. Definitely a place to come back.

Such a nice little home in a perfect area. Nice and private, super big and sunny terrace with all the furniture you need to dine & relax. Super close to supermarkets, nice little restaurants and great great bathing spots. Big recommendations from here if you’re looking for some peace and quiet but still in walking distance to everything you need. Thanks for this perfect vacay Cristina - just what we needed :)

The host Patrizia is awesome. The place was serene, relaxing and homey! We loved that it has a chapel where guests can pray and meditate.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

Thank you for hosting us. The view is stunning and almost unbelievable that you get a panorama every morning, all day long. The terrace with table is great for meals. The beds are comfortable, the WiFi is fine, water pressure great. There are a lot of stairs, up and down, so lighter baggage is easier. The public bus is 2.50 € one way, and runs every 30 minutes (off season) 15 in season. The alimentari gets fresh mozzarella di buffala every day by 11:00am. It’s worth it. Try to rent a scooter and go around the island stopping at the vista points. We didn’t need a car. We ate dinner at Tramonto, at the top of a hill. Totally worth it. If you take the public bus there, ask for the staff to call you a taxi home. The local Ponza wine is great. Highly recommend and hope to be back.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

Simonetta and Max were really kind and friendly hosts, making themselves very helpful right away. The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description, small but cared for in every detail and most likely clean. It is an oasis of relaxation surrounded by greenery with many activities available to entertain both humans and four-legged friends! I especially thank the hosts for giving me a wonderful birthday. I will gladly return to stay at Villa Bovari!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Arpino at Wednesday! The cottage is so cozy and tastefully decorated, the view is priceless. We completely relaxed here and enjoyed it to the fullest! Arpino itself is also a nice charming village and everyone is friendly. Wednesday had good tips for the surroundings! We highly recommend it! :-)

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

A beautiful peaceful spot. Our host recommended local restaurants with wonderful food and charming people. Worth the drive to the beach which is not too far.

Margherita and her husband make you feel right at home. The place is very quiet, as everything is fenced, you can let your dog run free without problems. There are no direct neighbors. We look forward to next time:)

We only stayed at Matteo’s place for one night but we enjoyed our stay. He was very clear on instructions on how to get in and find everything we needed. It’s a great location! Directly across the beach and really close to the airport (which is why we chose it)

The apartment is very clean and absolutely as in the photos, Giuseppe was really very helpful, present, attentive to all the details to give you the experience, the pampering, of your home but on vacation. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea makes everything spectacular, the only downside was having to leave! We will definitely be back, a thought also for Daniel who helped us with sun loungers and umbrella, he was also very kind, always very helpful. Absolutely recommended.

The apartment is very well cared for, creating a "home" atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and finally the small balcony has a breathtaking view of the entire bay of Terracina. Beautiful view when you wake up in the morning. Perfect starting point for various walks, adapting a little to the schedules of the means of transport, also well served and connected with all points of interest nearby.

A lovely vacation. Welcomed by Stella in her beautiful home, we immediately felt at home, as if we had known each other forever. Tony's welcome basket of products is a touching delicacy, authentic flavors. Thank you for the advice, Stella's guide to the village of Sperlonga enriched us and made us proud to introduce ourselves not as guests but as important friends. The beautiful and spacious house is immersed in greenery and enjoys the wonderful view of the lake and the sea, an authentic oasis of rest. The location is highly recommended for a cultural holiday to discover the Ulysses Coast and for the beautiful sea and wonderful beaches of Sperlonga. A special note goes to the very comfortable bed and sofas, our body rejoiced! Thanks again to the super host Stella, highly recommended stay. P.S.: Tony's farm's tomatoes, cucumbers, and renowned celery were a resounding success. Goodbye, Antonello & Gino.

it was such a wonderful stay in Pamela's apartment. Right in the wall of historical center, surrounded by ancient amphitheater, old cathedrals, a few restaurants and cafeteria. The street is not easy to find but it's nice and quiet and with an amazing view on the city. The apartment is clean and well decorated, good enough for a family. Pamela is very friendly and responsive. The only issue was finding the parking spot close enough to the apartment during the weekend.

Silvia's holiday apartment is thoughtfully put together with all of the amenities one needs for a beautiful time in Ponza. The location of the apartment is just perfect -- overlooking what we discovered to be some of the most beautiful swimming spots on the island. We slept comfortably and had hot showers. We appreciated that they left toiletries for guest use, as this can sometimes be difficult to carry when traveling light. And also appreciated that they left espresso for us to use. We had a great stay at Fabiana’s wonderful apartment. The location in old town and directly overlooking the ruins was amazing. The walk to the beach was super easy, 15 minutes. The apartment itself was super clean and well equipped. Also had very comfortable beds. Fabiana was friendly, flexible, and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We highly recommend this place!

Beniamino's hospitality was extraordinary, he gave us so much warmth and a sense of serenity. Breakfast is embellished with homemade products with cakes, plum-cakes, preserves, dumplings and anything else enriched with personal touches, in addition to being able to enjoy it while chatting with him to hear the life stories of the island and beyond from the patio overlooking the sea. The apartment enjoys a breathtaking view of the sea stacks of Cala di Lucia Rosa with the island of Palmarola in the background, you can enjoy the deep blue when you wake up and magnificent sunsets in the evening. It was fantastic to cook with a sea view from the kitchen porthole and then dine on the terrace with the evening lights. In short, it seemed to us that we were living a dream of sun, sea, and carefree... a boost to the batteries of life that we could not have imagined better. Thank you very much Beniamino, see you soon!
