Very clean, spacious and well-equipped studio. Quiet and well-located place to discover Sète, Montpellier, Saint Guilhem le Désert by car, among others, thanks to the private and secure parking space. 10 min walk to Balaruc-les-Bains city center. Close to shops. Amandine is a very responsive and welcoming host. Recommended.

Very convenient apartment, perfectly located close to the Canal du Midi and the center of the village. Patrick and Annie have very well furnished this apartment which is very functional and very comfortable in addition to being beautifully decorated. My husband and I had a lovely stay and are ready to do it again.

Very pleasant stay. Very nice accommodation with blue decor, cheerful and bright. Faithful to the description and photos. All the hosts we met were very nice!! Small downside: the building's exterior maintenance really leaves something to be desired.

We had a great time at Julien's place. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the old town and the train station on foot. Good little restaurants nearby. The building is very quiet. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, well-decorated; good bedding. Contact with Julien is easy. We recommend it.

Really great location, you could not be closer to the center. Newly renovated in great condition, and very fast response to questions.

The apartment was perfect for us...right on the canal with a peaceful private backyard garden and terrace. The kitchen was a gem...everything we needed, whether to just enjoy local wines and cheeses or to cook a full meal. Homps is a convenient hub for visiting other towns and villages nearby. We were there for 11 nights and were sad to leave. Thank you Kay and Knud!

The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. The host who knows the area kindly informed us about the good places to visit nearby. We recommend it +++. We had a pleasant stay at Eudora and Thomas's. We enjoyed the warm welcome from our hosts, who are adorable! The same goes for their pets :) Thank you again for your attention and recommendations. We really recommend staying there, especially if you want to discover the beautiful Hérault region, because the accommodation allows quick access to several attractions in the area: beaches, most beautiful villages in France, gorges, lake, etc. Finally, the accommodation is a real little cocoon, tastefully decorated, perfect for relaxing after our good days of sightseeing! The passage of a few trains nearby didn't bother us.

The house looks brand new and everything is modern and well-equipped. Our host stays in the house next door but without adjoining and independently. The environment is very quiet and the view is pleasant and unobstructed from the terrace, which is very pleasant in good weather. Access to the D41 is direct and allows you to quickly access the main attractions in the area.

A lovely french townhouse in the peaceful village of Caunes-minnervois. The space is lovely, especially the rooftop terrace and associated living room. Definitely worth what we paid. Host helpful throughout. Limited stuff to do in the surrounding area, but definitely a place for a more relaxing holiday. Would highly recommend!

A large, very nice house, very nice patio. 2 bathrooms for five people. Good communication.

Clean and perfectly located apartment, with a superb terrace with views of both the beach and the garden. I recommend it, even if the price in my case was a little expensive (with a big Airbnb commission). Only downside: bed linen and towels are not included, but it is very easy to rent them on site.

The apartment is lovely, with a very pretty garden. Self-contained with private entrance. We had everything we needed. Steve & Jane are very friendly, as is their gorgeous little dog. We will return!

Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away. Very nice place. Well located near the center. Very clean and pleasant to stay there from the first minutes. The street under the windows is busy, but the soundproofing is excellent and you can hear almost nothing if the windows are closed. The air conditioning is excellent. Parking space is much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place.

A perfect day, that's the price, everything within walking distance, beautiful apartment.
