Tree house - in the heart of nature

In a forest edge on our farm overlooking vast fields, you can enjoy seclusion surrounded by the branches and foliage of the trees. The simple building stands on a plateau 2-3 meters above the ground between tree trunks. The branches of the trees form a roof over the small patio with a simple outdoor kitchen in front of the tent. You are completely off the grid but have access to a refrigerator and electricity at our farm where you can park, or borrow a cooler for food you bring with you. Private toilet with dry toilet and outdoor shower is 100 meters from the property.

Unique location with expansive lake views of Lake Vänern with private beach & cliffs. Adjacent to the house is a stone jetty from which you can swim and fish. A total of 6 beds with the possibility of 2 more. Large terrace with dining table, sun loungers & lounge set. The house is a few minutes' walk to Svalnäsbadet, mushroom & berry forests & Hindens Rev. Feel free to take a short trip to Läckö Castle, Spiken's fishing village, play golf or enjoy Kinnekulle. There's something for everyone, whether it's spring, summer, winter or fall.

Kleva Kvarn, in the countryside with breakfast in a nice environment

On the northern slope of Mösseberg is Kleva Kvarn. In a former mill house, with the basin and mill wheel outside, there are 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchenette (not for cooking but there is a microwave and kettle) and a toilet for overnight guests. Higher up on the property is the owner's home and a detached small house with a simple shower and a small sauna. The garden is a lush oasis with streams, crops, a Japanese-inspired part, greenhouses, fruit trees, flower beds and a view of the forest and meadows. A dog lives here.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Here you sit back and enjoy the forest next door as well as the view of the lake Vristulven. Enjoy a hot tub in the jacuzzi or a peaceful moment down on the dock. Here you rent the guest house for 2 people with a sleeping loft as well as a sofa bed and simple kitchen. On the property, there is also the living room that can be rented, but it is not rented out at the same time as the guest house. So you live on the property yourself. Free access to the deck, jetty, boat and jacuzzi.

With a stepladder, you can get up to the cozy sleeping loft, which is equipped with two adjacent 90 cm beds. A warm welcome.

In this newly renovated house you live in the middle of nature, with only deer and fenced cows as neighbors. Surrounded by magical forests and beautiful horse farms, you can relax in the soldier's cottage. With proximity to the city, you can get to Skövde within 10 minutes, or Falköping in 15 minutes, or why not visit one of our plateau mountains and hike. The owner's home is located on the same lot but the cottage is located separately with a patio facing the forest. New construction of houses on the same property during daytime.

Here there is peace and quiet, in surroundings that seem to come from an Astrid Lindgren fairy tale. You live next door to fields, forests and pastures, at the foot of Kinnekulle. The cottage is directly adjacent to the Vänerleden and 1.5 km away connects to the Biosfärleden. Proximity to Kinnekulle's hiking trails, mountain bike tracks and cultural attractions. Both Skara Sommarland and Läckö Castle are within a few miles.

Apple Farm Holiday Home

Äppelgården Holiday Home is a small cosy house, situated between the outside of the small village Ullervad and a forest. The river Tidan flows at 200mtr. from the house. The house is suitable for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The house is available only on a weekly basis. Mariestad area offers a lot of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, canoeing and interesting places to visit.
