If you don't want to drive, bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. We welcome you to the beautiful and historic Rundling village of Satemin in Wendland. The former farmhouse from 1850 is divided into two residential units. The property is located in the former 110 sqm economic area and spacious tenning area. From there you have a protected view of the village square with the old half-timbered houses. On the lovingly planted courtyard with cobblestones is another small stable building and a rear barn.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.

Our apartment is on a cul-de-sac within walking distance of the city center of Lüchow but still very quiet between Jeetzel and Stadtpark. It is housed with its own entrance in the separate annex. Indoor swimming pool, city park, Jeetzel and the city center are in walking distance. Pets can be brought with you upon request. The conditions for this must be agreed in advance

A stylish and lovingly furnished apartment plus balcony and roof terrace. We love having guests and want them to feel comfortable with us. The apartment is intended for two people with its small, cozy bedroom (140 cm x 200 cm bed). One more person or two children can be accommodated on a sofa bed (120 cm x 200 cm).
