"Hunter's Ridge" is one of 12 cabins my husband and I purchased in 1997. It is a small 3-room log cabin with a private, queen bedroom. The living area has a futon sofa bed and a small loft with a mattress. There are complimentary kayaks & canoes to navigate the islands and free bicycles for the wooded hiking trail. There is a kitchenette with the essentials. There is a brass hand-pump toilet and wooden tub with only a shower head to rinse off. There is a 2-person hot tub overlooking the river.

My story is rather unique; my late husband and I spent our honeymoon at a cottage on Lake Erie. Although he is no longer with me to share in the occasion, I like to rent a place on the lake when possible to remember and reflect. This would have been our 63rd anniversary! This hidden gem was perfect! It was clean, well organized, and the view of the lake was just wonderful. The view of East Toledo and the ships coming in and out of the port was awesome. Traci went out of her way to make our stay as stress-free as possible, and she hit the mark! We were able to have a family cookout as it was also my birthday. It's a great place to just hang out, relax and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area. Although it's not something I needed to do, there are lots of restaurants and stores close by. I would definitely recommend the place. I made a good memory for sure!!

This studio is located on top of the garage of another occupied home that is by the water. The landscaping of the home below is beautiful and well kept! You can view the water from the back yard of the occupied home or take a very short walk to Luna Pier, which we did every day. The appliances in the studio are nice, and the place was clean. The place was even better in person the kitchen is awesome. The basement is awesome You can even fish on the dock, I will reserve another time or two or three again. It was one small incident that happened, but she took care of it ASAP so no complaints here recommend staying on any properties that she owns. She take very good care of us. It truly felt as if I was at home. Once again, the place is awesome.

This was what we were looking for, peaceful and off the beaten path. It was also close enough to drive to the attractions we wanted to see. We had a day at The Henry Ford Museum and then went a little further out to Auburn, Indiana to the car museum there. The area was lovely. We enjoyed fishing ( caught close to 20 bass)and photography as well as a spin in the golf cart We would stay again!

What a wonderful, gracious host- always immediately responsive and helpful! The place was clean, inviting, quiet, and had everything we needed! Because of exceptionally poor planning on my part, Jennifer thankfully allowed us to check in earlier than the stated time - which made it so less stressful for me! One word suffices for our stay here - Perfect!

Super nice Nautical Nest!

This is a perfect rental. The condo was very clean and uncluttered. The bed was super comfy and there were plenty of clean towels for the bathroom and kitchen. The host goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. There were snacks and coffee plus bathroom toiletries and dish soap. I loved sitting on the covered balcony watching the boats go by in the marina. I was in the area for bird watching and this is a perfect location. Magee Marsh and Ottawa refuge are close by. Port Clinton is a 15 min drive away and has a nice Krogers and really good restaurants. I would stay here again and I would highly recommend Deborah's place.

Had a fantastic weekend getaway with my fiancé at this home! The house was incredibly peaceful, offering the perfect escape from city life. The thoughtful touches, like the wine left in the fridge and the charming decor, really enhanced our stay. The place was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Roger was very responsive and friendly, available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. His attention to detail and hospitality truly made our stay special. We enjoyed spending time on the lovely balcony, and taking in the serene surroundings of the harbor. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable stay. We can't wait to come back again!
