We had a fantastic stay at Jesus’ apartment in Oviedo! Jesus was wonderful—he welcomed us warmly and shared valuable information about the town, making sure we had everything we needed for a great time. You can tell he truly cares about his guests' experience. Upon our arrival, Jesus even had some food for us, which made settling in much more comfortable. The apartment itself was excellent—well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location to explore the charming city of Oviedo. We highly recommend staying at Jesus’ apartment for anyone visiting Oviedo!

Perfect accommodation to see Gijon and Asturias. The beach is just across the street and everything is within walking distance. If you are traveling by car, it saves stress, as a parking space in the underground parking lot is included. Good restaurants and cafes are nearby. Marte is very nice and sent us many recommendations from the area directly.

To spend five days is very good, having a single room and two bathrooms was very comfortable. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. And it's close to the highway/freeway exit.

The accommodation is very well equipped and very clean. Mercedes, the host, is very attentive and kind. Definitely a very pleasant experience

Lovely place to stay in Oviedo! We stayed with our two kitties and two dogs and it worked great. Right across the street from a big, lovely park, right next to a long walking/running trail, 10 minutes walk from a couple grocery stores and local cafes. A bus stop across the street takes you right downtown. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms are clean and spacious. We didn’t really use the balcony as it was winter when we visited.

House is located in a very beautiful and quiet village. It is very bright as it is on the top floor, it is attic-style and a lot of light comes in through the skylights. All the rooms are spacious, with a very comfortable sofa and bed. There were two of us, and he prepared both the double room and the two-bed room for us to choose from. The kitchen has everything we need. Thank you for the welcome details. Miguel Ángel was very attentive, he responded quickly, he was very kind when he welcomed us, he gives you information about routes, places to visit and where to eat. 100% recommended. We'll be back if we go to the area again.

Beautiful traditional house, very well maintained and with everything we needed. Located in a very quiet residential area but very close to Avilés. Nuria was very communicative and made everything very easy for us. I would definitely repeat.

The casita is in a beautiful place in the middle of the campito but very close you have supermarkets and basic amenities. The house exceeded my expectations, it is super nice and cozy. Sara and her mother are very friendly and responsive to everything you need. I would definitely repeat!

We were very comfortable at the house. It's a perfect house to disconnect and to see the surrounding villages because they are very beautiful. The house has all kinds of details for us and for the dogs. The garden is a wonderful place to go out for breakfast and for the dogs to play, ours had a great time. It's one of the cleanest houses we've ever found. Definitely and highly recommended We'll be back for sure.

Nuria is a charm, kind, super attentive, she personally welcomed us and introduced us to her house and gave us all the necessary directions. And the house… spectacular! Clean, cozy, with beautiful decor, and with everything you need and more! The bed in the loft is totally fairytale and the glass with armchairs and mountain views was my favorite corner without a doubt! The perfect place to disconnect and enjoy nature. Stream amazing peace! I fell in love with that casita. I would definitely go back.

The place is wonderful. The location is unbeatable if you are looking for tranquility and intimacy. The house has everything: a porch with a barbecue pergola, garden with a table to have a drink, access to the river next to the house (what my children enjoyed most) and the house itself is very good. I miss a larger common area in the living room, but there is a bar where many chairs come in. The beds are comfortable and also the pillows, which is not common. The house is warm and well insulated. The car can be left at the door (3 cars would easily enter). In short: perfect option for discovering the area. Thank you for everything Toño and thank you for the cider!

A quiet and beautiful place, ideal to go with your pets with good fencing to escape-proof dogs and a terrace that for me is the best part of the house.

The apartment was comfortable and very clean. The host was very friendly and gave us recommendations for places to eat nearby, which were worth it and were great. He was also always available in case we needed directions or ideas to hang out. Very good experience and the area is very quiet.

It is ideal for the area, as it has its own garage and in high season it is essential in Luanco. The bathrooms were spotless and the whole house was very clean. The hostess Patricia was very friendly and helpful; she recommended places to eat and visit. A very positive detail for us, as we have children, is that there were toys, books and board games, something we don't usually find and that we loved. Very grateful for the service and the place. Highly recommended.

Great apartment in quiet and family friendly complex. Monica is a fantastic host - very friendly and responsive. Her recommendations for Luanco and surrounding areas made our visit special! Only drawback is that the swimming pool is not heated and rather cold , so barely used.
