The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

Within 5 minutes walk from Central Station and 2 minutes to Bürgerpark. The city center and the beautiful Weserdeich are a 20-minute walk away. We can accommodate up to 4 people, with a nice double bed, pull-out sofa bed and, on request, an extra bed. This apartment stands out for its unique location and tranquility.

The guest suite has 80 sqm with an open plan living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with high ceilings, a large bathroom with windows and a terrace. The apartment is located in Leuchtenburg near the Bremen-Lesum train station. The drive to Bremen city centre takes about 15 minutes by car. There are very good shopping nearby and wonderful walks in the recreation area.

For other guests there is an extra bed (70x180) and/or an air bed (140x200). Two terraces and the large garden invite you to great summer evenings outdoors. The house is right on the city border to Bremerhaven.

In front of the door there is only a 30 km/h road and behind it there is a forest. There is also a moor here that is a nature reserve and the Stotler bathing lake is not far away.
