Monthly Rentals in Lower Quarters

This place was exactly as it says on the tin, it is secluded, private and takes you right back to nature. It was a delight to have some friends around the fire pit catching up and having a good chin wag. When you wake up you are surrounded by the sounds of nature. The trail road to the accommodation is a little bumpy though.

We loved our stay. The house was clean, in a good, quiet location, and had very pretty views from the top floor. We would recommend this house to others and would stay here again.

Our host Julie was absolutely lovely from start to finish! Warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. She made sure I had everything I needed and shared some really helpful local tips that made my stay even more enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in providing a great experience. The place itself was spotless. Everything was immaculately clean, and I especially appreciated the fresh scent of the linens, it made the space feel so cozy and well cared for. The location is also fantastic, especially for anyone relying on public transport. There’s a bus stop just a 5min walk away, and St Erth train station is only about 10min on foot. Whether you’re exploring nearby towns or heading to the beach, it’s a very convenient spot. Honestly, everything I needed was already there, from basic essentials to those little thoughtful touches that make a big difference. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!!

My girlfriend and I along with our dog stayed here. The cottage is easily accessible and in a quiet surroundings. The garden areas are spacious and ideal for our dog with full enclosure. The interior is clean throughout and very homely. A perfect getaway. Thank you for our stay. Best wishes, Liam.
